Enjoy Fredericksburg living in this newly renovated home located just two blocks north of the heart of Main Street. A leisurely walk or quick drive places you right in the middle of shopping, dining, and the Marktplatz.

The original hardwood floors and numerous 1930's features throughout the house meet you and set the stage for comfort and relaxation. The living room includes a smart television (no television programming) for your entertainment. Seating for 6-8 around the dining room table is perfect for eating, playing games, assembling jigsaw puzzles, or just sharing good conversations. A full kitchen offers a gas range/oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker. (K-cups and tea are provided)

The master bedroom's king-sized bed offers a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom's cozy pastel pallet features a set of extra-long twin-sized beds. There are also additional sleeping accommodations on the hide-a-bed sofa in the living room. The well-appointed bathroom includes double sinks and a tub/shower combination.

The welcoming front porch, furnished with rocking chairs and a ceiling fan, is perfect for a quiet moment to imagine what it is like to live in a small town community. Additional outdoor space is the backyard seating surrounding a fire pit. A charcoal barbeque grill is provided for outdoor cooking with friends and family.

SLEEPS – 4 persons—Two bedrooms; one king, one set of twins, and one sofa bed in living room
BATH – 1 Bathroom with a tub/shower combination

AMENITIES – Central heat/air, Wi-Fi, 44” flat screen TV, two outdoor seating area, fire pit (wood not provided), charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), washer/dryer, off street parking

Please be aware that the home's televisions do not feature any television programming. As a result, if you want to watch live television or a program from a subscription service, you will need to bring your own log in information from home with you.

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

Perfect location! Felt very safe & not a bad walk to Main street at all. The house has been remodeled and is so cute! Very comfortable beds! And the front porch...I just wanted to sit there and drink coffee. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this house! Beautiful wood floors and rustic decor! The beds were VERY comfortable. Loved the coffee kpods generously provided and sweet treats too! Everything was clean and as described. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely book again in the future!

Lovely, comfortable home and the kindest owner you could meet

We’ve stayed at many VRBO homes over the years, and this one is at the top of our list. Charming home that was so comfortably furnished and absolutely sparkling. Easy walk to downtown, which we did severals times. Beautiful shade over the whole front of the house and lovely front porch But the amazing part was at the end of our stay, after we had checked out. We went to start our car and the battery was dead. We called road service but it was going to be a while before they could arrive. The property owner happened to be in the neighborhood and he asked if we needed any help. After a wonderful conversation and getting to know each other, he helped me jumpstart my car and get back on the road. He was so helpful, and I am truly thankful for kindness. Our whole family sends our gratitude! We would love to stay here again.

Precious little spot!

This was a great little spot in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance of main street with all the fun stuff! Great setup for my little family - we enjoyed having game night at the kitchen table after our day of walking around and the boys loved all of the fun relics like the little phone nook and connection to the original owners with the quilts! Thank you for keeping some of the character and charm in Fredericksburg!

Great location, clean, & comfortable

The house had a great location. It was very spacious for the two of house. The kitchen in the house was very nice and updated. The coffee, tea, and condiments were very good and saved us a few trips in the morning. The bath towels were very nice and the main bedroom bed was very comfortable. We also used the washer and dryer which was a great help. All of the appliances were new. The large pecan trees in the front yard provided plenty of shade to sit on the front porch in the rocking chairs. We would definitely stay here again.
