"This was therapeutic, as I slept like a baby all throughout. The staff is really lovely and professional. There is a lot of attention to detail, everything is well taken care of. Big plus: it is cycling friendly! Alaró is an ideal starting point for gorgeous rides across the Sierra de Tramontana as well as other sides of the island. Better than Alcudia or Port Dr Pollença in my opinion. Also quieter and more authentic. "

"Virtually perfect. Yes, I know that is a ridiculously high bar but I genuinely struggle to think of anything I would change. We stayed for three nights in a Palace Room (their most basic), the hotel is a serene haven, the room lovely. Food (especially breakfast) is outstanding, The pool area (there are 3) has more luxury cabanas than there are rooms so you can always get one. "The property is amazing and the staff exceptional. The hotel is unique; a renovated 300 year old place. We weren’t looking for the ordinary, and we didn’t get it. We had a room overlooking an historic fisherman’s square. The garden was a lovely spot for a contemplative breakfast, and doubled as part of “Merchants,” an on property steak house where we had delicious filet mignons. Susie, at “winning” hosted us at the property’s tapas bar across the small street where you receive a “magic card”...
