"The location is great! Very private and peaceful! Some issues with the hot water and heat. They were addressed in a timely manner. Don't think the trailer sticker matched the age of the trailer. Maybe an upgrade needed. Needs a trash can that the lid can be bungeed down, so animals cannot get in. ..."
