This vacation home has one of the best locations available in the popular Rendezvous neighborhood, which is only a short 5-minute drive away from Winter Park Resort with a FREE shuttle available just down the street. The property is also a short 10 minute walk into Downtown Winter Park. The new resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities. Just down the street is the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, a huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground (please note this is offsite). The Foundry is next door to the rec center with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar. This villa also provides walkout access to miles of neighborhood trails for hiking and mountain biking including a trout pond and children's playground.
The downtown Winter Park area is a short walk from the property and right next door to the neighborhood with additional mountain restaurants, shopping, nightlife and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area. There are no shared ride services in Winter Park. Most guests do rent a car in Denver. There is a really fun Ski Train you can take from Denver to Winter Park or a Bus called the BusStang - reach out for more information.

Lift Bus / Red Line runs through Rendezvous and to the base of Winter Park - high season is every 30 minutes but checkout the their website for more up to date schedule - typically starts around 7am and ends around 5pm.
**Loft Space:** Please be aware that the two twin beds are located in an open loft space above the great room. While Airbnb's system requires us to list this as a 'bedroom' to accurately reflect the number of beds, it is not a private, enclosed room.
**Finding the Unit:** Our property is part of a complex with three dark green buildings located upslope from the road. We are in the middle building, the left-side unit (#57).
**Safety:** For your safety and security, the property is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and exterior security cameras at the entrance.
