This spectacular custom home has one of the best locations available, sitting up the ridgeline in Fraser in the quiet Winter Park Ranch Neighborhood with stunning views of Byers Peak. This property is phenomenal for multiple families to share with 5 adult beds & 8 kids' twin beds.

This is an animal free home due to owners severe pet allergies. The owners have severe pet allergies, making this home animal free (with no exceptions). We have other lodging that can accommodate service animals and guests with pets.

The large deck that encompasses the front of the home provides exceptional wildlife viewing during all seasons, breathtaking views of Byers Peak, an oversized professional quality stainless gas grill, a custom double sided (indoor/outdoor) gas fireplace, and a private hot tub with direct views of the mountains. Wanting to relax outside and enjoy the crystal-clear night sky? This deck is a great place to do it! This mountain home is also situated close to trail systems and provides first-class biking, hiking, and snowshoeing. Winter Park Resort is just a short distance away providing fantastic downhill skiing, snowboarding, tubing, fishing, hiking, shopping, dining and the largest mountain bike park in the U.S. There is also a free Winter Park Resort bus stop across the street from the house. You will also be close to Rocky Mountain National Park, Devil's Thumb Ranch (spa/cross country skiing), and Grand Lake.

When you stay at the Winter Park Ranch Luxury Home you will be greeted by a heated 1 car garage and a massive mudroom with plenty of custom coat racks and seating to remove footwear. The home also features an open great room with spectacular mountain views, a custom designed kitchen with state of the art appliances and an expansive island that is great for entertaining. The superbly appointed chef's kitchen has an 36" induction cook top, Kitchen Aid Mixer with a home made pasta maker attachment, microwave drawer, Ninja blender and a Sous Vide cooker; just to name a few extra items. The kitchen and dining room provide seating for 16 between the dining table and counter/bar areas. There is also a booster chair with tray. A cozy gas fireplace is located in the living room for those chilly Rocky Mountain evenings. The heating system for this home is radiant in-floor heat. During the cool months, all the floors are continuously warm, which feels terrific during the frigid Colorado winter season. This home is also equipped with ceiling fans to keep cool during the summer season (crucial with no AC in our area).

This welcoming home is very "family friendly" with several upgraded features that other rentals in the area don't offer. You will have wall mounted HD smart TVs to stream your favorite online apps including Netflix's, You Tube and Hulu, a large assortment of board games, sleds and tubes for the kids (lake or snow), snow shoes, lawn chairs, lawn games, and a jogging stroller. There are also multiple video game consoles to keep the kids entertained. There are also custom built bunk beds and twin bed nooks that kids love.

To make your arrival as seamless and stress-free as possible, there is a door pad for key-less secure entry with 24 hour check in, and free wireless high speed internet. There is also a desk with computer monitor for those needing to work remotely. For further comfort, there are boot dryers to keep your boots warm and dry for the long ski day ahead. We provide premium bedding, a full sized washer & dryer, and the home is well stocked with locally roasted gourmet coffee, organic 5 star hotel quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

The downtown Winter Park area is a short drive away, with restaurants, shopping, night life and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area. The Grand Park Rec Center in Winter Park provides several swimming pools, waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, 2 gymnasiums and a children's playground. The popular recreational areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a short drive away. Family Vacation

Great central location to visit all the are landmarks and to go sightseeing. Very spacious for a group of 16, kids enjoyed having their own space. Perfect for large groups! We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and we felt safe.

Great vacation

The house was great(once it was cleaned for us to check in ) We had to wait 3 hours for the house to be cleaned for us because it was not ready for our check in time. But the house was perfect for our guests. I will say the "perks" you get are not anything like they state in the advertisement. If I had to do over again, I would book everything through places directly. For first time visitors to Winterpark, we would have been a lot more prepared speaking to places directly.

Great house for a big group

We hosted our joint bach trip here and it was a great spot for a large group. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, large island and table, hot tub, and porch. Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. The little twin beds in the nooks can be pulled out if you have claustrophobic guests. We were ensured early check in in the morning and then told the house wasn't ready yet, which was frustrating, but the rest of the stay was great!
