Step into the spacious main living area, where you’ll find an electric fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, & a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. The living area opens directly onto a private balcony with a hot tub – an ideal spot to relax and soak in the mountain views. (Please note - The hot tub is serviced weekly and is only accessible by entering the home, so we may reach out during your stay regarding the tech stopping by.)

The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making meal prep and dining a breeze. The primary bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, and a smart TV. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and its own smart TV. An additional full bathroom with a tub-shower combo adds extra convenience. Plus, there’s extra space with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests.

*DOG RULES​:
- MAX of 2 dogs allowed; there is a $100 pet fee per dog, and you will be held responsible for damages.
- Please inquire with us for more details before booking.
- If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred.
- Please keep pets off of the beds and furniture.
- Cleanup - Please pick up after your pet by disposing of any waste in the dumpsters before you check out from the property.​ A $50 fee will be incurred if animal waste is not removed from the property.

The property was perfect for our hiking trip to the WP, Fraser, Granby and Grand Lake area. The property was clean, quiet and stocked with what we needed. The garage and hot tub were a welcomed bonus. The property owner responded was very helpful and responded to any questions promptly. We would stay again if we are in the area.

Mountain Getaway

Property was very nice. We were advised in advance that there was construction in the area but it did not affect us. For a relatively new property we were surprised with the number of stains on the carpeting in both bedrooms. Carpet was clean, just stained. Unit was clean and contained everything we need. There was an issue with the garage door opening that the host worked diligently to resolve. Since it was summer parking outside was not an issue and did not affect our stay. Communications was excellent. Overall a most enjoyable getaway. Would definitely rent again.
