We are perfectly located between Winter Park and Fraser walking/biking distance to the new Recreation Center, Restaurants, Bars and shopping. The Winter park ski shuttle is less than a 100 yards out the front door. Winter Park is rated in the Top 10 Resorts in USA and is known as the Colorado Locals favorite for both Winter skiing, Diverse Mountain Biking and Incredible Summer Festivals.

Newly constructed with cool Mountain Contemporary Chic styling 10ft ceilings combining stunning quartz island with funky hexagon detail in the kitchen, NEW Knotty Alder cabinets, New Stainless-Steel Gourmet Appliances, Keurig, American drip coffee and a kitchen stocked with some basics.

Drenched in sunlight with open windows to take in the Mountain views the comfy living room with brand new modern leather sleeper sofa and accent chair to watch games on the flat screen smart TV. In floor Radiant Heat provides for a warm cozy living.

1 King Bedroom and a Bunk room for the kids with a private TV. The Master features luxury memory foam King Bed with modern mountain solid wood furniture, Smart TV, cozy bedding with soft Bamboo sheets and is the perfect place to get some rest before you hit the slopes. Luxury bath shower/tub with barn door glass slides, textured bath tile and quartz vanity with knotty alder cabinets. Bunk room is the ultimate space for the kids featuring deluxe Restoration Hardware twin over full solid steel bunkbed, smart TV, bedding with 1000 count sheet able to sleep 3.

Entertain in style on the back patio from the Gas grill to private Hot Tub for 6 while taking in the Mountain Views. Chill with a cocktail under the covered porch for the sunsets.

This fabulous mountain retreat is only three miles to Winter Park Ski Resort, ten miles to Granby and 18 miles to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Denver International airport is only 1.5 hours drive and a variety of restaurants and shops are located in both Fraser and Winter park with Safeway only minutes away for the forgotten dinner items.

Beautiful Property

We stayed a week in this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed and more! Perfectly located to ski both Winter Park and Granby. The Frazier tubing hill is 1 minute away! Hot tub was clean and a perfect amenity for after a day of skiing.

Beautiful condo, close everything

Very new and clean property. Short drive from Winter Park shops and events. Very easy to walk in and relax on vacation. Would definitely stay here again. Cool brewery across the yard, can walk to it (dog and kid friendly patio).

Great stay

This property is great and highly recommended. There is an elevator which is very helpful for luggage and after a long day of skiing. Snow removal was great. It snowed 5-8in and the parking lots were clear when we left. The condo stays very warm and she electric fireplace is nice. Hot tub is easy to use. Kitchen is very nice and stocked with items needed to cook. It’s a quiet area. The Emerald bud line only took 15min to get to Winter Park. We would stay again.

Top Notch Host

The condo was beautiful and luxurious, exactly as advertised. Convenient location for the free Lyft bus. Check in process was smooth with good communication from the host and there is even an elevator to help bring luggage up and down. The best part about the stay was how the host went above and beyond to help with a hot tub issue on New Year's Eve. 10/10!

Lovely condo in a great location

This condo is very cute and comfortable! Great location, and there was even a brewery we could walk to. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of everything. My son loved the little bunk room off of the kitchen too. The hot tub was a complete bust, unfortunately, and we were unable to use it during our stay. The hosts were very responsive and worked to get it useable, but with our short stay it didn’t work out. Things happen, we get that! We’d stay again for sure!

Communication with the owners was stellar and the check in process was incredibly easy. The condo was immaculate and absolutely beautiful. My wife and I stayed for two nights for a quick ski trip. The shuttle stop is directly out front and the ski locker right at the front door was so very convenient. Tons of parking at complex. The owners have furnished, decorated, and stocked the condo with the goal of providing an incredible get away experience. Vintage ski decor and comfortable bedding and furniture. Welcome snacks, coffee pods, even and even a wonderful bottle of wine. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable stay. This was our first Vrbo experience and I'm afraid that it will be difficult to top it at another property. We were astounded by how wonderful this experience was in Winter Park and the owners should be applauded for their exquisite taste and pride of ownership. Bravo. A accomodations. Thank you!

Amazing Christmas Stay

This property was just perfect for our family. The location is convenient and easily accessible to Winter Park yet far enough away to not have the hustle and bustle of a resort. The property was extremely clean and cozy and very well maintained. My boys thought the private hot tub was the best part, they spent lots of time out there. I cannot speak highly enough about the property owners, Kim is so helpful and quick to answer any questions we had prior to our stay. If we return to the area we will definitely be booking again!

Top Notch

Had a girls' winter ski weekend here, and it was absolutely perfect! This is a beautiful space, and right next to the shuttle stops. It was so easy to get to the Winter Park resort, and easy to get around Fraser to enjoy those nearby activities like Tubing Hill. Perfect loctaion!!!! The space itself is so airy, filled with light, and spacious! Wonderfully decorated. The kitchen is stocked with all sorts of appliances, especially baking pans and such. Great kitchen for baking! The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and made great suggestions. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful Winter Park Condo

The home far exceeded our expectations: everything was tastefully decorated with thoughtful details throughout. It is a great ski condo with Winter Park shuttle steps away from the front door. Great place to relax afterwards with full kitchen, fireplace and hot tub.

Beautiful Condo!

My wife, son, and I stayed at the condo for a week. This place is so nice and the owners are even nicer. Communication with the owner was always prompt and courteous. We would absolutely stay here again!
