THE SPACE
Ruby Retreat is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath mountain cabin located in Franklin, NC at approximately 2,400 feet elevation, offering long-range Smoky Mountain views and stunning sunset skies across the valley.

The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults, with additional space for a child if needed, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups.

Inside, you'll find vaulted ceilings, large windows showcasing the mountain views, and a cozy gas fireplace. The living room features a large comfortable couch with recliners and a smart TV with Firestick for streaming your favorite shows.

Sleeping arrangements include:
• Lower Level Primary Suite – Queen bed, mountain views, TV, and private bathroom (shared access with bonus kid space)
• Upper Level Bedroom – King bed, TV, Jack-and-Jill bathroom
• Upper Level Bedroom – Queen bed, TV, Jack-and-Jill bathroom
• Game Room – Twin sofa bed, arcade games, ping pong, and foosball (great bonus space for kids)

The kitchen and dining areas provide everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether you're cooking a full meal or enjoying takeout after a day of exploring.

Ruby Retreat is equipped with high-speed WiFi (500+ Mbps), making it ideal for streaming, remote work, or staying connected during your stay. The home also features a standby generator, ensuring uninterrupted power and comfort even during unexpected outages.

Ruby Retreat sits on 2.5 wooded mountain acres where guests can enjoy the area's natural beauty and frequently spot deer, birds, squirrels, and other wildlife.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the entire cabin and property during their stay, including both upper and lower decks, the fire pit area, the gazebo with swing, the creek running through the property, and outdoor dining. Parking is available on-site, and the cabin is easily accessible via a gravel driveway that does not require four-wheel drive under normal conditions.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the private driveway with little to no turnaround space. There is a turnaround about 500' past the home.
• The driveway is gravel but easily accessible without 4WD in normal conditions
• You may see wildlife such as deer and hummingbirds during your stay
• Cell service can vary depending on your provider (high-speed WiFi is provided)
• The property is in a quiet mountain setting — please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours
• Minimum age to book is 25; the primary guest must be present during the stay
