Historic , cozy 2 bedroom original cabin at the waters edge in Franklin ME

In the center of Franklin lies a delightful two-bedroom cabin, providing a warm and welcoming escape for your upcoming holiday. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, lobster pot, coffee maker, some basic spices and paper products to get you started. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary dishes and utensils to prepare delicious meals. Unwind in the comfortable living room, or step outside and enjoy the fresh air on the deck. On chilly evenings, you can cozy up to the wood stove and enjoy a game or two from the selection provided. The water from the tap is filtered lake water and not potable. We will provide three gallons of drinking/ cooking water in the cabin and a gallon of potable water in the bathroom.

Outdoor enthusiasts will be happy with the cabin's proximity to nearby points of interest in the Acadia region where you can explore the great outdoors. Right at your front door you will find swimming, nature watching and kayaks available for your use. It is a slow incline so even the littlest swimmers can splash around in the waters edge.
After a day of adventure, return to the cabin to watch remarkably beautiful sunsets and relax by the fire pit, surrounded by the peaceful ambiance of the property. Families will appreciate the games and entertainment options, ensuring everyone has a memorable stay. The bathroom is in a separate building from the main cabin, approximately 20 feet from the main building, and is for your use only.
