Detached House with Garden in Nauheim

A detached house from the mid-1970s, renovated in 2021, with a generous layout and its own garden and terrace: here you have an entire 130 m² house to yourself. It is ideal for families as well as for tradespeople and teams looking for spacious accommodation with a kitchen for a longer stay.The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub) and a guest WC. The two larger bedrooms each have two box-spring beds (90 × 200 cm) that can be used separately or, with a topper so there is no gap, as a double bed. In total there are 6 beds. Each room offers an open wardrobe with a chest of drawers. The living area with a sofa, armchair and smart TV is a great place to unwind. In the kitchen with a dining table, you will find everything you need for cooking and breakfast, including an oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. A washing machine and tumble dryer make longer stays easy. From some of the windows on the upper floor, you can look across meadows to the edge of the forest. On the garden terrace, you can sit outdoors with garden furniture.The house is located in Nauheim, in a quiet residential area with an open view of the countryside.Good to know: Space for up to 6 guests. A private parking space is available in front of the garage, and you can also park on the street. Check-in is possible from 4 pm via self check-in, and check-out is by 11 am. Wi-Fi is available. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, and parties and events are not allowed. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
