Renters will receive Pool/Shuttle passes and Access fobs . There is a $100 replacement fee for each lost Pool/Shuttle passes and a $100 replacement fee for each lost Access Fob . Reservations made within 22 days of arrival will not have access to the community amenities.
During the summer season, a guest registration must be completed in order to purchase the community amenities. The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. You will be sent this information for completion shortly after booking. You MUST complete the information and return as soon as possible.

The shuttle stop for this area is at Center Point and Reservoir Rd. The shuttle runs from 10am-10pm from June -Sep. The shuttle loop takes approx. one hour. Amenity cards are required for anyone over 5 to ride the shuttle.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
