Our retreat seamlessly combines the pristine beauty of the White Mountains with coziness of home. Here, is more than just a stay, it`s a chance to relax, rejuvenate, and rediscover.

Our unique three-story design dedicates the top floor exclusively to the master bedroom. Directly beneath lies the kitchen and main living area. The ground floor houses the two remaining bedrooms and an additional cozy living space.

You will have access to the whole house.

Perched on a mountainside, our neighborhood provides stunning view of New Hampshire`s iconic Franconia Notch. The immense mountain landscape offers a sense of calm and wonder. Perfectly located, we`re a stone`s throw from landmarks like Cannon Mountain, Flume Gorge the Basin (etc.). Many of my treasured memories stem from skiing and hiking in this region with friends. I imagine this home as the setting for countless shared moments of joy and bonding for all our guests.

*IMPORTANT for winter guests* - Do to our steep driveway. We charge an on demand plowing service for guests of $150. When you need the driveway plowed you can schedule a plow at least a day in advance. This is a separate fee that is charged per plow.

*IMPORTANT For winter guests* - The driveway to get to the property is steep. For your safety all wheel drive is required in the winter, failure to do so may result in you not being able to use the driveway. In some situations you may be forced to park at the bottom of our driveway and walk up!
