The entrance is in a large open space with double living room, study corner and open kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. The fifth place is on comfortable single sofa bed.

Villa Palmarino exclusive pool & relax is located in the province of Brindisi, just 8 km from the town of Francavilla Fontana and 10 km from the historic town of Ceglie Messapica.
The location allows you to reach in a few minutes by car other beautiful towns in the area such as Grottaglie, famous for its ceramics, and Ostuni, known as the "White City," just 12 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 30 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The third bathroom is external.
