"mostly positive stay at this hotel. Although parking was quite tight, I managed to find a space without too much trouble. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the room was clean, tidy, and free of any odours. The shower was a highlight—powerful with impressively hot water. My only real complaint is that the floors were extremely creaky throughout the building, which could be a bit distracting. "

"We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Garden Inn as a family to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location was highly convenient, especially as we were visiting Waterworld waterpark right next door – it made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding – extremely professional, polite, friendly and genuinely helpful, which really made the experience special. "Our stay was excellent. All the staff are exceptional from the moment we arrived. From the reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff & cleaners they all welcomed us. They always had a smile and treated us with respect. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious with a good selection. Although the hotel is close to a busy road it did not disturb us at all. The bed was comfortable. We will certainly be back. Thank you. "
