Come and enjoy Fowey River Views, a fantastic holiday home in the picturesque ancient town and port of Fowey, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fowey River Views, originally part of a Victorian villa, is now a beautifully decorated, light and airy waterside apartment (sleeps 4). Right on the waters edge, you can enjoy glorious views across the river to the village of Bodinnick, and Daphne Du Maurier’s old home Ferryside. The Juliet balcony offers the perfect spot to relax and watch the various activities and wildlife on the river.
Whether you enjoy coastal walks or exploring the shops and restaurants of Fowey, River Views is an ideal destination and a comfortable retreat all year round. 100% cotton bed linen and towels are provided; please note that for guest comfort, Fowey River views is non smoking. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.

Stay in Fowey

The apartment was lovely..clean, airy and bright with a great view over the estuary. We had everything we needed and Sarah had provided clear, concise instructions to both the apartment and local amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay once we had worked out the car parking and would highly recommend the property to other families who are looking for an excellent base In a very picturesque town from which to explore Cornwall.

Would book again

Booked only at the last minute as our original accommodation was cancelled due to storm damage. This house was ideal for us and I wished we had booked it in the first place. Loved the fact that the bedrooms were on 2 levels as we came with grown up children.

Amazing location & welcoming accommadation

We had an exceptional few days at River Views....helped by Sarah's prompt support, advice and guidance notes. The apartment had everything you could ask for with fantastic views of the river & surrounding area. It was ideally located for accessing the numerous places of interest in the local vicinity and further afield and within a very short walk to the numerous pubs & restaurants in the quaint village of Fowey. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it as an idyllic spot to spend some time in beautiful Cornwall.

Beautiful home, beautiful town

We stayed here for a weekend for my partners significant birthday and enjoyed every minute. The apartment was clean, warm and homely. We spent a lot of time just watching the ferry cross and watching the water world go by. It's close to all shops, restaurants and amenities. Parking the car in the little car park just down the road was simple. Contact with Sarah was easy and Fowey was a little town with a big heart. We will definitely stay at Riverviews again. our weekend was very special.

Amazing location, great wee place for a holiday. Excellent communication by Sarah.

We had a great family break in Fowey. The house was perfect for our first trip to Cornwall. Our girls 5&7 loved the books and games available and we thoroughly enjoyed being by the river. There are a good couple of flights of stairs to get luggage up which is worth knowing particularly with smaller kids. The kitchen is cute with sloping roof so be careful if you are tall! The only other wee thing is that we couldn't see any salt, pepper or soap in bathroom so make sure you bring your own! Overall lovely stay thank you.

FeWo über 2 Ebenen. Ruhig gelegen. Komplett eingerichtet. Blick auf Hafen und Fähre, die fleißig hin und her fährt. 2 schöne, große Schlafzimmer. Kleine Küche. Hübsches Bad mit Badewanne. Alles sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gute Atmosphäre in den Räumen. Wir waren im Dezember 2016 dort. Hatten viele, sonnige Tage. Und wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Es gibt in Fowey viele gemütliche Ecken zum Verweilen. Anstrengende Wanderwege. Und hübsche Cafés. Die Menschen im Ort sind herzlich und aufgeschlossen. Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen.

Enchanting riverside stay!

We had a wonderful week here at the end of September. The apartment was so full of light, that even when it rained one day, it was a pleasure to sit in and watch all the comings and goings on the river. The stylish decor and scrupulously clean accommodation added to the enjoyment of our stay. The location was also perfect, a short walk into the heart of Fowey with its wide range of restaurants and good pubs. We particularly enjoyed dining at the Old Quay House and sipping an aperitif on the terrace. There were many great walks nearby across the headland and with stunning views of the river. The walk to Golant was one of the best with lunch on the terrace of the Cormorant hotel being a highlight. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and will definitely return. Sheila and Peter

Was a wonderful apartment in a brilliant location and we would recommend it to anyone. The only downside is the amount of time it's taking to get our refund back!!! Still waiting and we've been home 9 days..........
