Carnethic House Penthouse Apartment

The Penthouse is one of six sympathetically restored apartments in Carnethic, a period Regency country house.
Guests can enjoy the large beautifully maintained gardens and book daily slots for private use of the indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, and the changing room. The swimming pool is inside and heated all year round - the roof and side of the pool can also retract, meaning you get to enjoy an outside swim in the sunshine!

The open plan living space is perfect for groups of friends or family to comfortably spend time together and relax, while the large kitchen contains everything you would find at home for entertaining. There is a formal dining table with seating for 6 when everyone wants to eat together, a relaxed table for 4 which is perfect for children's meals or tea and cake, and outside seating for two where you can appreciate evening drinks or morning coffee.

The spacious master bedroom has a luxurious super king bed, and the en-suite has an impressive bath for soaking after a long day of walking. The twin room has a fun brick feature wall with lots of natural lights and two single beds. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and lots of room for room to unwind or get ready for the day.

Apartment Layout.
As you enter the apartment, there is the master bedroom and en-suite to one side, and on the other are steps leading down to the twin room, family bathroom, and double bedroom.
The entrance then follows onto the open plan lounge and dining area, and also a w/c. There are the doors that open onto the balcony patio from the living space. A second set of steps leads down into the large kitchen.
