Fowey has much to offer, from restaurants to riverside cafes, galleries that showcase local artists and artisans, to tea rooms and local shops. There is an annual literary festival in May, also in August, the Royal Regatta. The property is not far away from the Eden Project, a popular visitor attraction. Fishing is also available nearby.
