Step inside and be greeted by the kitchen/diner on the ground floor. Fully equipped with modern appliances, it''s the perfect space to prepare delicious meals. Also on this floor, you''ll find a bathroom with a shower over the bath. On the first floor, two inviting bedrooms await – one king-size and one single. Continue to the second floor, where the light-filled lounge beckons. Relax on the sofa after a day of exploration and unwind with a movie on the smart TV, or enjoy your favourite songs on the Smart speakers. While there is no outside space at the property, you''ll be just steps away from the beach and the village quay, allowing you to soak up the coastal ambience at your leisure. Please note that parking is unavailable at the property, but a drop-off point is 100 metres away and nearby car parks offer the option to purchase weekly tickets.
Explore the village''s shop, charming cafe, and welcoming local pub, or board the passenger ferry for a journey to the vibrant town of Fowey, where an array of shops, restaurants, and bars will tempt you in. Embark on the scenic coastal path to Lantic Bay, where golden sands and crystal-clear waters await. Continue your journey to the picturesque village of Polperro or the charming hamlet of Bodinnick, where you can catch the ferry back to Fowey and then Polruan. Throughout the year, the region buzzes with events, from the excitement of the Fowey Regatta to the festive atmosphere of the Polruan Carnival.

- Many of the amenities and cottages in Polruan are accessed via slopes/steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.
- There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However, there is a large pay and display car park at the top of the village about a 5-8 minute walk.
