Staff were exemplary and everything the room was spotless and bed very comfy. one criticism no complimentary water in the fridge and the furniture housing the fridge in need of repair ( doors wouldn’t close after opening). Meal in Fratello’s very good and staff very attentive.

Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort
Great hotel and very friendly staff. Delicious salmon for dinner and breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable and big. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, which in my case was good, because that is what we were looking for.

La instalacion terrible. Nos vimos obligados a cancelar la estadia por la suciedad. Hablamos con el Manager y nos comento que hablaramos con ustedes para el reembolso. The property was amazing and owners very flexible around arrival time and departure. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely choose to stay again. However very confusing that received 2 invoices - 1 from Homeaway and another from Crabtree and Crabtree. Confusing as to what was being paid for what. ...
