"I will reiterate the fact that there’s cracked tile in the elevator and it’s been there for a while. You can tell and that it hasn’t been taken care of is wrong, especially when you have customers coming in and looking at that I mean LVT is the way to go not tile floor, so I’m sure something was dumped on the floor and broke it, but you can tell it’s been there for a long time and they haven’t taken care of it. "Very clean hotel and parking lot was well lighted, felt safe and had plenty of parking. I had to ask the front desk for a box of Kleenex. I requested a wake up call at 7:45 but never got it. I checked out this morning and I still haven’t received my invoice receipt to my email box nor my $50 deposit returned. This is not good! Will I have to file a complaint or dispute?"
