This property was great for what we needed. We had a wedding at a local venue and used the place for getting ready before and stayed the night after. Joshua was great to work with and very responsive with questions. Everything was clean and well kept. Highly recommend.

The owner went above and beyond to make sure check in went smoothly as we were arriving late and was attentive to our needs. They had some extra toiletries available when we forgot an item in our rush to pack after work. The place was decorated nicely and very clean. I appreciated the no smoking rule because it ensured the home had no bad odors, which was an issue with our last rental. And they provided some snacks which we took with us for our drive back home. Would book here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect little spot

This was a great spot for the weekend while in town train watching. Everything was clean and modern and we had everything we needed. Check in/out was simple and Joshua was easy to communicate with.

Super clean, beautiful decor. Very relaxing stay! Spacious living! Free laundry. Easy drive to Tiffin University. Dunkin just down the road and several fast food options close by. Kroger grocery less than 10 minutes away.I definitely plan on staying here again! Highly recommend for any family needing a "home away from home."

Immaculate Dwellings

Wow….what a nice surprise! We immediately said this had to be brand new as everything was pristine and in mint condition. Plenty of space, very comfortable bedding/blankets, and many delightful extras. Grateful for the hospitality!

Super clean, Super cozy, Beautiful & Safe Neighborhood

Arrived expecting a basic-cleaned interior, but was blown away by how spotless and fresh this place was!! Super cozy bedroom with the most comfortable sheets & blankets Safe & quiet neighborhood - great for late walks. Host was excellent and super quick with responses. I will definitely check for availability here first the next time I'm in the area!

We will never stay anywhere else if this place is available.The refrigerator had sodas and some other things inside either left by the host or by previous renters. The host left a welcoming basket on the counter for when we arrived which was very thoughtful.The bathroom is large with a bath tub and shower. There is a door that separates the bathroom from a room with a sink for getting ready - a very nice feature with mutiple people sttaying there.The atmosphere is fantastic - it is quiet and there is a lot of natural lighting in the apartment. I think it must have been a church at some time with the beautiful vaulted ceilings.All in all it was more than I could have even asked for - I almost don't want to leave a review as we'd like to keep it our little secret.

This comfortable large three bedroom apartment is exactly what we were looking for to stay as we visited family in Fostoria. We were surprised and excited to find such a clean, well maintained, apartment. Beautiful hardly describes this amazing updated apartment.
