"Bottom line: there was no hot water and the entire hotel smelled. Our actual room seemed clean but everything reeked of something. The shower was ice cold and maintenance was not available to help. The staff, to their credit, offered to switch rooms but there was nothing available on that floor and since we were leaving in a few hours it wasn’t worth moving all the luggage just to possibly still not have hot water. I will never stay here again. "

"The room was never cleaned. There was fecal matter on the toilet. And live and dead roaches on the floor, shower and refrigerator. I went immediately to office to complain and ask for another room. Per A Richard Patel ( female ) she told me they were booked and she can come and clean the room later. I told her if that is your way of cleaning no thanks, so she gave me a bunch of cleaning products and I cleaned myself. Slept with lights on because of the roaches and left the next morning. "The room had a strong musty mildew smell, and the TV didn’t work. The young lady at the front desk gave us another room across the hall which had the same smell. She said “no one was available to fix the TV she was there alone”. The room, bathroom & linens were clean and for breakfast there was a very good selection. "This property is very out dated. It is need of upgrades. But if you a looking for a cheap stay and convenience then perhaps this can work. Please note that the breakfast is not worth mentioning. It's a pack of outmeal and teabags. Not even bagels, donuts or anything like that. A few pieces of fruit. There was some muffins but when I tried eating it was so stale and dry I almost choked."

"There’s not a hot tub at this property which I’m very upset about because that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. My room wasn’t properly cleaned and i had to go behind and clean the fridge and microwave. Was told i would be refunded for breakfast because the staff has not been showing up but that didn’t happen. On a good note the staff was very personable and caring. "

"Bar had a strong selection of beer and wine, the pool was clean, and the arcade was a great touch. My 4 year old Nieces said it was "the best hotel EVER"."
