"We loved our room which was very comfortable, charming and had various amenities to make our stay enjoyable. "The staff who served us were mostly helpful, the room was large enough to accommodate us and our two dogs, and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, we were not happy. The supplies furnished to our room were less than minimal, and our room was never serviced during our 3-day stay even though I specifically asked for it to be serviced. I had to request supplies like coffee, cups, and shampoo from the reception desk. The room was poorly maintained, too. The sink faucet was not firmly attached...

"The hotel itself was very sketchy, I travelled with my family and I will definitely never stay here again. The front desk lady was very nice but the room itself especially the ones in the back were not what I was expecting. The bedsheets looked “washed” but there were questionable stains all over to where I did not feel comfortable for my kids or myself to sleep on! Changed the bedsheets but the bed itself was also disgusting!"

"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The bar was great, the 18 year old bartender was very fun and knowledgeable. The pool/hot tub patio area are right next to bar and very nice. Property has been updated and room was was spacious, with lots of closet space. I prefer a firmer mattress than the one in the room, but my sister thought it was very comfortable"

"There is a reason why the price is low. Room was "no smoking" but it had a stong cigarette smell. There were holes on the walls, bathtub was leaking and was dirty. I didn't bother with the breakfast nor the pool since I knew i was going to be extremely disappointed. I checked out a day early."

"The floor had not been mopped or swept. A previous guest let a pop blow up in freezer and it wasn’t cleaned up along with floor. The beds were clean and comfortable."

We were in no way doing any of the things they said we did. We had barely got our stuff set down. We also recieved another call at 6 in the am saying they got two more calls complaining on us. We should have never received a call at 6 in the morning. My daughter was still asleep, and the phone call woke her up."

They had us in rooms with one king bed and a pull out couch. Not what we paid for. They finally found us the last 2 queen room but we had to use the king/couch for the other room. Not a very good night sleep on a pull out lumpy couch. The pancake maker was not working at breakfast. I went to the front desk and ask about it. Turns out...

"The check-in went well, except that we were surprised by the additional $50 fee for "incidentals." This wasn't on the original reservation and, contrary to what the employee said during check-in, we were charged that fee and it wasn't refunded to our account for a few days. The room was clean, but it had a damp feel to it, which was also a bit concerning."
