Our exquisite 5,700-square-foot space sleeps 22 people with two ensuite bathrooms. There are 6 bedrooms: a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom; four bedrooms have queen-size beds and a full-size pull-out couch; and a walk-through room with no doors, only curtains, with four pull-out single beds and two full-size floor mattresses. Most people use this for children.
**There is only one bedroom and one bathroom on the main floor**
We are located 10-15 minutes from major highways. We are within walking distance of the quaint and lovely downtown Fortville.
This property is excellent for large groups, wedding parties, family reunions, experiences, and retreats. Our interior space was curated with multiple hangout areas for relaxing alone, with a small group, or entertaining a large group.
We have a stocked eat-in kitchen with full-size appliances. The oven is also a convection oven, along with a microwave and several small appliances, including an air fryer, juicer, and toaster.
We have a fully stocked coffee bar which includes a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French Press, and hot water kettle. We have several syrups for coffee, whole beans with a grinder, coarse and fine ground coffee, as well as a variety of tea. Please let us know if you are looking for a specific appliance.
We have three high chairs and three pack-n-plays with sheets.
Enjoy the peaceful outdoor surroundings with an in-ground pool (open from May-October). We charge $100/day for heating the pool. If you choose to, please let us know upfront. We can't heat the pool after you arrive. There are two sheds, 2 couches, two outdoor dining tables, a sheltered gas grill, and an 80 ft deck.
We have converted our 3 car garage into a stylish game room that includes; pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table, darts for adults and darts for kids, two miniature game consoles (Pac-Man and Street Fighter), and a two person basketball game. A 65" TV, an extra refrigerator, along with bar tops and chairs is also included.
