That was great because some of our party was not feeling well.This allowed them to rest in the room as we had an excursion planned for the afternoon. "Breakfast was amazing - enormous spread of options! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Things like lemon ice water in the foyer were just added details that made our stay even better. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was nice and hot. The only thing I didn’t like was how janky the elevators were. I did a lot of stair-climbing, but it never hurts to get the exercise."

"The important stuff: very comfortable bed. Clean, tidy room. Very clean Bathroom. Room darkening shades. Ray at the front desk was very helpful, so check-in was smooth and easy! Hotel was quiet at night. But as early as 6 AM door slamming and loud talking by folks leaving very early meant we were awake. After 14 hours of travel to get the motel by 11 and into bed by midnight, the last thing we wanted was to be jarred out of bed by any hotel noise!!!"

We had travel delays and arrived exhausted at 1:30am (4:30am by our morning time zone) to find that they had oversold and we didn’t have a room. Said they tried to reach us and we’d have an email and refund. Neither of which have been received yet. Just made for an extra exhausting start to a trip."

"Well where to start. We stayed 3 nights but only slept there. The Good....the lady in the office was an abdolute gem. She is probably the best thing about this place. She was so incredibly helpful and kind. We would have left if it wasn't for her. The Bad.... the rooms were big but the room was a little worse for wear, holes burnt into the couch, floor boards broken, hole in bathroom door. Cabinetry missing. It was clean and tidy but definitely had wear and tear. It does have great...

"The room that I booked was a Suite for Double queen. Never got that room type and the room we did receive was filthy. Items from previous guests were still there the refrigerator was nasty. Cigarette burns on every surface imaginable but this is a non smoking hotel. My child mentioned the toilet smelled like someone just pooped in it. I was very surprised as Extended stay America has a great reputation. Turns out for this location it’s an exception to the norm."
