Free parking is available in the driveway, accommodating up to four vehicles. Additional street parking is also accessible if more space is required.

The property is equipped with exterior security cameras.
Cameras monitor the front door and porch, driveway, and backyard, recording continuously. Tampering with or disabling these devices is strictly prohibited.

**Additional house rules**
-No parties or gatherings are permitted without prior authorization, and the number of guests must not exceed the amount specified in your booking. This is not a venue for parties. If you are found hosting a party, your stay will be terminated immediately, and you will be escorted off the premises. Please note that these regulations are in place due to strict neighborhood HOA guidelines.
- Shoes and high heels are not allowed inside the house, particularly on carpeted areas or beds.
- Eating and drinking are restricted to the breakfast and dining tables; consumption outside these designated areas is prohibited.
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted within the home.
- Illegal activities and drug use are strictly forbidden.
- Visitors are not allowed at any time without prior consent. Overnight guests are prohibited, and additional fees will apply for any extra guests staying overnight beyond the original booking.
- For safety reasons, please ensure that the front and back doors are kept closed at all times after midnight.
- Shared areas of the home must be maintained in a clean condition. Only basic cleaning services are provided; no room service is available. Ample closet is provided for your belongings. The cleaning fee you pay covers basic cleaning. If you do not adequately tidy up after yourself upon checkout, you may incur an additional cleaning charge, which will vary based on the time required for cleanup.
- Please use towels and bedding responsibly. Avoid leaving makeup or stains on these items. Charges will apply for any linens that cannot be cleaned: $40 for bedding, $20 for bath towels, $10 for hand towels, and $20 for bath mats.
- Guests are responsible for reporting any damages observed during their stay, regardless of whether they believe they caused them. This practice helps us maintain the property in excellent condition for all guests and allows for prompt resolution of any issues.
- Please wash or rinse off plates and place used dishes in the dishwasher.
- Remember to turn off all lights, fans, and the TV, and close all windows and doors in your room when you leave for the day or check out. You may leave the front door light on at night.
- Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 11 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors during this time.
-Check-out is firmly scheduled for 11 AM. The access code will become invalid at the designated check-out time. Failure to check out on time without prior authorization will result in an additional night's charge. For check-in or late check-out requests, please seek permission one day prior to check-out, which may incur a reasonable fee.

**Additionally, the host maintains insurance to safeguard the property; however, this coverage does not extend to the personal belongings of guests. Guests are responsible for the care of their own assets.**
