There is a Ring Camera at the front door to monitor safety. Occupancy Limit: No more than 4 guests in our home at any one time due to city occupancy regulation. No Smoking: $1000 fee if guest smokes inside our home or leaves ashes or pieces of tobacco or marijuana inside our home. If smoking outside, guest is required to dispose of any cigarette butts before checking out. Noise: Noise sensor onsite provides a noise score. If sustained noise exceeds a fire truck 50 feet away, we send a written warning. $500 fee on the third time sustained noise exceeds a fire truck 50 feet away. Quiet Hours: After 10pm, all guests do not stay outside in the backyard or in front of our home and music kept to a quiet volume.

Property was clean and well -stocked. Great location right across the street from Kroger and right around the corner from tacos and hit chicken. Be aware though, this property would be difficult for people with mobility issues. It on the second floor, no elevator. The bed is lower to the floor than it appears in photos and the bathroom is small. Other than those caveats, it's a great place for a single or couple. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for TCU

We were there for our daughter’s graduation from TCU. The location is great. We could walk everywhere. There was adequate parking, so we were able to leave our car and not have to worry about parking on campus. The building is older—small bathroom and tight quarters, but we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great for weekend stay

Spent two nights for TCU mom’s weekend. Comfy bed, great location, clean and well appointed kitchen. Easy to check in and communication with manager was good. I would stay again.
