We've got great seating options inside and out to cook and stay in or venture out as we are close to the Stockyards, 7th street or TCU. We've got quality amenities with 3 comfortable California King sized beds and one full bed each with their own 4k TV, and a spacious living area equipped with another 4k TV. Right next to world famous Heim BBQ!

Never Stay Here

We arrived at the house after 6pm due to traveling. Once we walked in the house was a visible wreck and had an odor. Passing through the main room we saw a dead rat laying on the kitchen floor. This was an huge safety risk for my family because there was a young toddler in our party. Immediately tried to contact host for a refund and never received any form of response.

Great property, even better neighboorhood.

Definitely worth checking this place out if you want a nice quite area to rest while travelling. Everything was in order and as expected. Definitely will be staying here again while in town!

Totally Nasty

This place was a nasty train wreck. The blinds were shredded. The curtains didn't fit the windows in one room. The bedding was stained with who knows what. Most of the cabinets were padlocked shut. The soap dish in the shower had fallen off abd was sitting on the side of the tub. The A/C was barely functional. Avoid this place like the plague.

Perfect location, quiet neighborhood

We stayed for 3 nights to attend an event at the Will Rogers Memorial Center. The house is in a convenient location and safe neighborhood. Very quiet and comfortable….beds are memory foam and we slept great every night.

Dirty

If you are looking for a bed to sleep in and nothing more, this is it. The house was not clean. It had dirty, smelly dishes in the dishwasher, the tub was dirty with a leftover wristband from a previous renter still in the shower and the shower curtain is disgusting. The beds seemed clean but there was not a lamp in the whole house, no closet doors and what furniture that was there looked like it was picked up off the street. Low fees yes, comfort and cleanliness no.

Clean & quiet

We stayed here after a festival at Panther Island Pavilion. The location was great, less than 10 minutes from the venue. Super easy check-in & very clean. Beds were very comfy & it was a very quiet neighborhood so we got a good night's sleep. Easy check out also, no long list of to-do's. Will def. stay here again when in the area!

Nice but room for improvement

Beds,tvs,appliances were amazing. It could have been cleaner,needs new doors, and lawn needed mowed. Landscaping is needed for appeal. Bathroom was great but youtube videos can show you how to caulk and grout the nice tile. May need a bar to assist older people and kids in the shower. It smelled great and I was worried about that. More paper products were needed for a 5 day stay. Air conditioning was very cool and welcome.

Exterior picture does it no justice!

The house was great! The beds are big and comfortable. Plenty of dishes to cook meals and served our purpose. The owner went the extra mile and added a couple of items ypon request. The interior of the home was well setup and stocked.
