Horrible communication

The property looked nice from the outside, however the host never answered my call or texts so we couldn’t get in and had to book a different hotel. I tried to call numerous times and it went straight to voicemail (that was full so I couldn’t leave a message) then tried texting numerous times to no avail, I even tried communicating with a virtual assistant but that didn’t get me anywhere either, just horrible communication from the host

Mom, dad, husband and I had to spend Christmas in Ft. Worth due to my son having surgery. This place was clean, convenient and very affordable. Owner very responsive and timely.

Business Trip Stay

The property was just as shown on listing. It was very clean. The mattresses are not good for someone heavy. We never found the trash compactor to throw away the trash on the way out. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Big kitchen and bar. Every time we used the oven, the fire alarm would go off. We were glad there was an elevator because we were staying on the second floor.

Safe and secure

It is gated & there is a key fob after hours to get into the building. I wasn't out late enough to test it though. The property itself is modern looking, and the common area was set up very nicely. The pool looked fabulous although I didn't try it out. The car charging station is out of order though. I didn't get the normal contract to look over or the address and access code, but when I contacted the owner, they sent me everything right away. I will warn you the address & apt bldg name do not show up on apple maps. Type in Berkshire Presidium. It will say it is closed, but it's just a name change. That gets you to the complex & from then on it was easy to find. It's a convenient location with plenty of shopping and restaurants and highway access nearby. The apartment itself was nice. The beds were very soft memory foam, but the sheets are bigger than the mattress, so the fitted sheet kept moving around. I had to work while I was there, but there was no way I could sit on the chair at the desk. It could fit a small child. In the living room there is a small 2 person love seat/couch, and there isn't any other seating for a 3rd person other than tall wicker barstools. I bought a lap desk & sat on the couch to work. The temperature inside was perfect, it was spacious & check out was easy. The porter picks up trash outside the door. Sometimes the hallway smelled like food while the trash waited to be picked up, but never inside the apartment. Overall it was a good stay.

Wonderful

Will definitely stay here again. Wonderful location. Close to everything. It’s very clean and the beds were super comfy. The only issue we had was with the gate to get in. However, they were very responsive when I had an issue with the gate. We will be back.
