Attractive 2 Bedroom Cottage Centrally Located with Fire Pit

Fort Worths best home away from home. Looking to find a great place to stay while on vacation or business? Duplex conveniently located in the center of town. 5 mins from TCU/TWU, 5 mins from Downtown Fort Worth where there is also a bike lane for avid riders, 10 mins to the the FW Zoo and museums, 10 mins from The Fort Worth Stockyards where movies such as 1883 prequel to Yellowstone were filmed. Cattle drive every day at 11:30am and 4pm. 25 mins from DFW Airport. Perfect 2 bed 1 bath & street parking

Absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Signs of smoking inside of home such as cigarette butts or lingering smoke will result in an added fee/fine of $150 no exceptions. We truly want our home to be a great experience and lingering smoke odor ruins the fresh air and smell of a home, furniture also will be ruined and odors will have to be treated by a cleaning specialist aside from our regular cleaners.

Check out is at 11 am NO EXCEPTIONS, for any time the guest do not leave the property before or by 11 am there will be an added fee of $150. Our cleaners are scheduled to be there at 11am -11:15am, we have new guest to check in at 4pm and it takes approximately 4 hours for a regular cleaning service provided for this property leaving only a few minute of time before the new guest arrive.

The host was awesome and quick with responses. The stockyards were about 15min away which was great. The house was super cute and clean! The only thing to keep in mind is there is a train that comes through behind the house that is very loud late at night and early morning.

Happiness is located in great location and very easy access to the host

Came in for a short weekend to spend some time with some friends. The house was very nice, the neighborhood quiet, and the whole experience with the house a joy. Very pleased with the property and will be staying again.

Girls trip

The duplex was clean and very well decorated. Unfortunately the weather was too cold to enjoy the lovely backyard. It is obvious that the owner takes great pride in the property. We were delighted to be treated to a lovely charcuterie board and assorted beverages upon arrival. We were not anticipating the shared walls and the noise of the neighbors and their dog. Light sleepers may find that as well as the proximity to railroad tracks and the number of trains going through all night a problem.

Beautiful contemporary Cottage

Our stay at May Cottage was awesome! Beyond our expectations. Newly renovated, charming, cozy, and the backyard was incredible! Very private. Very close to good food and fun entertainment. Definitely would stay here again!
