"Everything was great! I had some questions about the check in process and the number provided answered me right away! The rooms were clean and so cozy. The sheets in the Sion Bass room are so soft. The jet tub was also incredible. I wish I had some more control over the temperature in my room, but other than that, a flawless stay!!!"

I would kindly ask that the hotel staff be instructed NOT to say the guest’s assigned room number out loud. It creates unnecessary danger, especially when other hotel guests are present in the lobby during check-in.
