Perfect!

So great for adults and kids of all ages! March is a bit chilly but we knew that prior. Gulf water temp was 65F and air temp 70F, on average. Sand is smooth soft and white. Waves were manageable by kids playing. pool has an area for all ages including a heated pool and 2 hot tubs. Can’t wait to go back!!!! Family of 8 stayed comfortably.

Loved our stay!

Condo has plenty of room, balcony is spacious and the view is absolutely amazing! This was our first time to the Emerald Coast and the location is close to everywhere from Pensacola to the West to Panama City Beach to the East. Check in process is so easy and the communication was great start to finish. Will definitely be back to enjoy the amenities as not all the pools were open in the off season. The beach is just steps away and sugary soft!!

Wonderful vacay with Family

We always stay at Waterscapes, and this year was the best vacation yet. Our grandkids are 3 and 5 now, so they enjoyed every bit of it! Thank you for having us in your beautiful condo with the best views. I’m certain we will be back! 💙

AMAZING Property! More than we could have asked for!

We had the absolute best time at B602!! The property was so amazing and had everything you need for a great stay! The bed in the master suite was SO COMFORTABLE we want one for our own house! You don’t need to pack beach toys bc they have everything you need! The kids LOVED the bunk beds with the TVs, they thought it was so cool! Everything was clean and tidy and ready for us when we arrived! (And we could even check in a little bit early!) The views of the beach were incredible! The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils/appliances! We loved this property so much! This is our 2nd stay at Waterscape but our first time at this condo and it blew us away! We had guests from age 2 to over age 70 and everyone loved it! I can’t recommend B602 enough!

This property is amazing. Beautiful view of the pool and ocean. We had 4adults and two kids and there was more than enough room. The only thing that was strange was the second bath was in the queen room and not the king but we adjusted. We could of had two more adults with us since the bunk beds were in a separate area. We have stayed in the area several times and this property is great when you have kids. Marina cafe in Destin is amazing and we went to McGuires twice

I’ve stayed at this complex in the past but first time in this unit. Definitely the best unit to date!! Nicely furnished, stocked kitchen, amazing view, and super convenient to beach & pool. Family Vacation

We loved all the space for our family of 10. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The best part of the vacation was sitting on the balcony with the best view of the ocean. The worst past of the vacation was crossing the street to go to dinner! Not a walker friendly road.

Perfect location

Waterscape is always the best spot for a family vacation but B602 made our stay even more enjoyable. It has one of the best views and the location of the unit is very convenient to both the beach and pool. There is plenty of space for you to relax on the balcony and all the bedrooms were accommodating. Communication with owner was easy, the condo was clean and ready for check-in. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Fall Break Family Fun

We had a great stay at Waterscape. Kids enjoyed all the outdoor activities and soaked up the sun when it was warm enough! The heated pool helped us extend summer even on a couple cool days. The condo was a great size and the view was a perfect morning coffee and cereal eating spot. Having 2 sets of chairs made the kids happy who needed a break from the sand and some extra shade. Thanks for helping us make memories!

Gorgeous view and great location!

My husband and I stayed for a week with our 2 college-age kids and one of their friends. We had a fabulous time! Plenty of room for all of us but the best part is the location and the view! Very close to the elevator which is nice when heading to the beach or pool. We loved the balcony and spent quite a bit of time using it! Perfect location to watch the Wednesday fireworks. Our only issue was with the fine details of cleaning upon check-in. The bathrooms and kitchen were extremely clean but we were disappointed with some of the other cleaning. The property manager was very quick to respond when we reached out. Several good restaurants within walking distance so you don't have to drive if you don't want to. Strongly recommend!

Fantastic!!

We loved the beautiful ocean views and the sound of the surf from our huge balcony!! The pools and lazy river were awesome and are what drew us to Waterscape. The condo B602 was very spacious and was nicely decorated. There were so many restaurants nearby and all were very good!! It was so easy going thru the rental process. We definitely recommend this place. Thanks to all who made our family vacation so wonderful😊🌴🌅

Perfect!!!

This property was exactly as the listing described. We had seven people total, 3 kids and four adults. We had more than enough space in this unit. The three bedrooms with three full baths, bunk room, and large laundry room was more than enough space. The balcony is huge and the view is fantastic! You have ocean views from the living room and two of the bedrooms, and the third bedroom has a pool view-so everyone got a nice view which is rare in condos. Also, this unit is on the top floor and directly across from the elevator that leads straight out to the pool and beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, there were a lot of towels provided in the bathrooms, and everything was extremely clean. We just loved this unit and resort overall. We definitely plan on going back with the kids again!
