The Space:

Welcome to The Verb House — a spacious 2,052 sq ft single-level retreat perfect for families, groups, or remote workers looking to unwind and recharge. This bright and inviting home features a thoughtful split floor plan with three private bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.



Whip up meals in the wide open kitchen, then gather around the dining table for family dinners or game night. Need to get some work done? The Florida room doubles as an office space, offering peace and quiet when duty calls.



For fun and relaxation, enjoy a friendly match of ping pong, practice your putt on the mini-golf setup, or break a sweat in the garage gym with free weights. Outside, soak in the sunshine in the front or back yard, roast marshmallows over the fire pit, fire up the grill, and kick back on the outdoor seating. (Please note: the yard is not fully fenced.)



The home includes 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs, separate shower/tub combo in the master bathroom, making it easy for families or multiple guests to freshen up after a long day of fun.

Guest Access:

Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site.

Getting around Fort Walton Beach is relatively easy, though public transportation options are somewhat limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Downtown Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, and the surrounding attractions. Biking is also an option for shorter trips, and many roads in the area are bike-friendly. If you're planning to explore beyond the city or travel on your own schedule, a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.

You’ll need to launch a boat from one of the boat launches we recommend or for convenience, book a tour to Crab Island

Other Things to Note:

All booking guests must submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either the damage waiver protection plan ($45) or a security deposit ($250) before receiving check-in instructions. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be sent one hour before your scheduled check-in time. To avoid any delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.



We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is:

- $85 for up to 2 pets



The driveway has 2-lanes and the capacity for four average-sized sedans. No parking in the grass.



A propane grill is available for guest use, along with a standard propane tank. Please note that propane may be left over from previous guests but is not guaranteed or provided as part of your stay. If the tank runs empty, you can easily exchange it at nearby locations such as Walmart, Home Depot, or local gas stations for approximately $25.

There are no cameras inside the house. These cameras are installed solely to help protect our guests and the property.



To ensure the property remains in top condition, routine maintenance is performed on a scheduled basis. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, and pest control treatments are completed quarterly. Our trusted vendors will not need access inside the property, but you may see them working in and around the exterior of the home during reasonable daytime hours. If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance.



Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 8 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep Verb in great shape for everyone!

All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance.
