    This ground-floor 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo offers a comfortable coastal retreat just steps from the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and is open to a separate dining area. The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa and access to a private patio. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, private en-suite bath, and sliding glass doors leading to the patio. The second bedroom offers two queen-size beds, with a full bathroom located in the hallway. Additional conveniences include in-unit washer and dryer and an outdoor hose for rinsing off after the beach.

We stayed in the cute beach house with 6 teenagers. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths. The washer and dryer make life convenient during your stay. We loved being on ground level. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the surf dweller was absolutely perfect! You get to wake up and hear the beach, catch lizards, or build sand castle by just walking straight out the back door! It’s was perfect for our family.

Perfect place

We loved our stay here. We’ve been coming to Ft. Walton for 16 yrs and this was our first time at Surf Dweller. We love the location of this unit and the the large patio. Having a sprayer and outdoor shower at the patio was great. Unit had everything we needed and more. Communication was amazing with them.

Just as pictured. Very relaxing vacation we loved walking right out the back door to the sand & the grandsons loved playing in it ❤️ we will definitely be back & I highly recommend!! I also really liked check in & out process so easy.

Better than expected.

This condo was so much better in person than the listing images. Being able to walk right out to the beach from the porch area was amazing. Especially with kids. And the pool was much nicer and closer than I expected. Everything was in great condition and for a two bedroom condo, it was huge! We will definitely be returning.

Perfect location to the beach! We loved being able to walk out on the patio and have our feet directly in the sand. No hassle with the elevator or stairs. Will definitely be back!

The place was beautiful. It was spacious and clean. The living room and kitchen area was large enough to accommodate our family of 7 comfortably. The walk to the beach was just out the door. Definitely recommend. A 10/10 for sure. Such a peaceful beach trip.

This was for a end of life celebration. I have not seen a better property on the island. Do yourself a favor and book while you can . You won’t be disappointed at all , in fact you won’t want to leave !

Wonderful Beach Condo!

Walk to the beach or sit with your feet in the sand right off your patio! This place was great for my family of 4. I have two young sons (5yrs and 3yrs old) so to have a huge condo was really helpful. It was also perfect being on the 1st floor! My boys loved being able to walk right outside and build sand castles and play in the sand without having to walk to the beach.The condo was very clean and had everything you would need! We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Snag this condo! This space provided great beach access right on the sand. Very clean condo with clean floors! I will suggest an internal top lock on the main door to prevent the kids from going out. Overall, wonderful stay. Highly recommend.
