Immerse yourself in ultimate comfort and relaxation at this stunning beachside bungalow, located on a waterfront lot on Okaloosa Island. With block walls and breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Sound, you'll feel like you're in your own private paradise.

Step outside your living room to access the private beach area and dock, perfect for parking your boat or soaking up the sun. With just a short walk across the street, you'll reach the white sandy Gulf Beach, offering endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation.

As you enter the ground-floor unit, you'll be greeted by a fully-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a fridge and stove. Enjoy a meal at the breakfast peninsula with seating for three, or curl up on the petite, cozy living room couch and watch your favorite shows on a 55" RoKu TV.

The master bedroom features a spacious closet and a king-size memory foam bed, complete with a 55" RoKu TV to help you unwind. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen memory foam bed, ample closet space, and a 55" Roku TV for entertainment.

The unique walk-in tiled shower in the bathroom is stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, and toiletries which are provided during your stay, will make you feel pampered and at home. Book your stay now and experience the ultimate beachside escape!

Due to being on an island with a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, fish, etc. The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, wood roach, American roach, Ceratopogonidae (no-seams), mosquitos, termites, etc. During storms, we tend to find that insects can and will invade spaces to get away from the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control as this is the environment in which we live. The property is located very close to the water — snakes such as water moccasins are seen on occasion, especially near rocks and such, please make sure you are aware of your surroundings. Swimming in the bay there are a variety of aquatic species that can cause harm, swim at your own risk.

The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay. Detailed checkout instructions can be found in the StellarDweller reservation portal, which was sent to you on your booking date.

LOCALS: Locals must communicate with the host before booking.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4pm or after (unless early check-in is paid and confirmed). Please confirm with the host before booking using the Airbnb app messenger if early check-in is required. If early check-in is possible, the Guest agrees to pay a $50 early check-in fee.

LINENS/SUPPLIES: The linens and supplies provided will not be replenished during your stay as housekeeping is not provided, you have the option to use the the washer/dryer provided (if the property includes in unit) or you can use the community laundry to clean linens which is normally coined check the house manual for codes. Consumables have already been provided for the duration of your stay. *BED LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR COUCH OR SOFA BEDS, IF YOU NEED LINENS THEY CAN BE DELIVERED BEFORE 5PM (as long as the request is accepted) EXTRA LINENS ARE $25 EXTRA PER SET*

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11am. For the cleaner to have time to prepare for the next guest properly, we ask that guests have checked out by this time. Guests are to leave keys as required in the House Manual. Check-out is defined as all guests and personal property being entirely off of the property with keys in the required location. The guest agrees to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time.

If late check-out is required, please confirm with the host prior to booking using the Airbnb app messenger. If late check-out is approved by the host, the Guest agrees to pay a $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay.

PROPERTIES WITH STAIRS: Please use rails when using stairs, no running, or horseplay, children will need to be accompanied when using stairs, if there are any hazards please report them before using stairs.

PROPERTIES WITH BACKYARD/FRONT YARD: The yards are on a maintenance schedule however, there can be hazards like glass, cacti, sand spurs, construction debris, etc placed that has not been acknowledged. Please wear shoes and watch where you step. Please check yard for pets. DOCK: All waterfront properties with a dock may offer a boat slip for an extra fee. Please contact the host for details.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing by the host/manager. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the Property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $20 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation.

AGE: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking to reserve this Property. Guest confirms that he/she is older than 18.

SHOES: Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home.

WILD ANIMALS/PESTS: Some properties are near large bodies of water, swamp, or areas where wild animals roam. While visiting Florida please be mindful we do have tropical bugs — mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, no seeums, etc. While we do actively treat for pests you may encounter a few critters during your stay. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow these creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter free home sometimes it’s just not possible. Let us know if you’ve encountered anything that may alarm you!

SMOKING FEE: Guest agrees to pay a $500 smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host/manager or cleaning crew after guest checks out. This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home, and lost revenue during cleaning.

PETS: There are to be no pets on the Property - except with the prior written authorization of the host. A $100 pet fee will be applied once your pet(s) are approved for the reservation. We offer a friendly, clean space to all our guests, please help us maintain this by picking up all waste and discarding it in the outside trash bins. Please do no allow pets on the furniture. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 Pet Fee and immediately evicted from the Property without refund for the remaining days on reservation.

EVENTS/ VENDORS: No Events. Any vendors entering the Property are prohibited.

REPORTING DAMAGE: The guest agrees to keep the Property in the same condition throughout their stay. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, furniture, or other notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Host/Manager within one (1) hour of Occupancy. If guest fails to address these issues within (1) hour they forfeit the right to request a refund, as the guest did not allow the host an opportunity to correct issues. Host will attempt to correct issue, and if it's not correct the guest will have an option to move to another property suggested by host and if the host is unable to provide alternative housing, airbnb will assist.

HAZARDS: It's the guests responsibility to report hazardous items to avoid an accident (Water spills, Brokens steps/Rails etc)

CHILDREN: We do not child-proof any of our units. There may be chemicals in reach, outlets are not covered, dressers and stands are not mounted to the wall. It's the parents responsibility to child-proof anything that may cause harm to your child.

DAMAGE: Guest agrees to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the Property and Property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture. Guest agrees to pay for any damage made by guests or visitors.

ENTERING PREMISES: Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance.

ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. If you leave an item after checking out and wish to have it returned, message Host/Manager as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. We will inform you of the shipping cost and with your approval, charge the credit card on file to cover the expense.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You, your guests and visitors, agree that any drug use on the Property, or using the Property for any unlawful purpose, or violation of any law or ordinance on or about the Property will immediately terminate your occupancy and be grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Host and the refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of your stay.

LIABILITY: Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guest shall hold Host harmless and indemnify Host from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the Property and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Guests, or invitees.

LOSS OF USE: Guest agrees to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules.

Recently remodeled so cute. We walked in and the living room was a rug that had something that resembled dog pee. I called they sent someone right over to shampoo and assuring me it was not pee. Went into the spare room and the throw blanket had something in it not sure what just not clean and had two small bugs on it. I was afraid it was bed bugs. I called again and sent pictures. He said he would be there in an hour to inspect but it was not bed bugs and they did not have another rental available. I went and got cleaner and bug spray after they inspected said everything looked good he took the rug which I was grateful for he left. I washed all the throws and bedding sprayed everything with bug spray and wiped down. The rest of the stay was great close to the beach. The space and furniture was comfortable and pet friendly.

This property has the potential to be rather nice. We arrived very late at night and were very disappointed to find 8 large (approximately 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inch) cockroaches in the unit. We were very hesitant to stay, especially our teenage girls, but the weather was stormy and it was after 11 PM. My daughter and wife literally tried sleeping in our SUV instead of the unit, but came back in at 2 AM because of the thunder and lightning storm. We discovered 6 more large cockroaches the next day, giving us a total of 14. You could also see several legs and antennae of dead cockroaches protrudung from the ceiling tiles in different areas of the unit. We were gone for most of the day enjoying the local attractions. When we came back that evening we were so close to packing up and getting a hotel room after another large cockroach scurried towards my daughters leg. But who wants to spend an additional 350 when we already spent a lot for 2 nights at the VRBO unit. The uninvited guests really put a damper on how much we could enjoy our short trip and made everyone hesitant to use any items in the unit and left us thinking and looking for roaches while in the unit. Overall, there is no way I could recommend this unit to anyone until the infestation is eliminated and corrected. I have not had a negative experience using VRBO until this trip.

Half our group stayed in Bluefish #1 and the other in bluefish #3. It’s clear that this property has been newly renovated with nice tile and furniture upgrades. The difference between the two was staggering. Only complain is no dishwasher. Other than that this is a great stay. (I would bring your own pillows if you enjoy more squish in your pillows though)
