Imagine enjoying your beachfront view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sands of the beach on Okaloosa Island from your unit. The unit is located at the West end of the complex overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds.

The unit has a beachfront master bedroom with an amazing view of the ocean, a 2nd floor balcony, king-sized bed, walk-in closet, two vanities, a jetted tub and a glass shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and lots of room. The third bedroom has a bathroom with a glass shower and a Queen size bed. Two bunks are built into the hallway providing easy access to the 2nd bathroom. Extra bedding is provided in the full-sized sofa bed located in the family room. There are TVs and DVD players in the family room and all bedrooms.

All of the condo complexes located on Okaloosa Island are low rises, making the beaches much less crowded than other beaches of the Florida coast. We are located less than two miles from the Gulfarium, the fishing peer, and numerous excellent restaurants. Destin is located 6 miles away with many beautiful golf courses within minutes of the condo.

Terrible cleanliness, communication with the owner, and check-out.

The overall cleanliness was terrible (very dirty floors/bathrooms/bedrooms; linens with stains; dead insects; Bedsheet dirty and bad smell).The furniture (in the living room and beds) is in very poor condition.Poor quality bedsheet and utensils.The owner was at the apartment door about an hour before check-out time and at 10:00 am, he rudely told me I had to leave.

Softball vacation

Very clean place…beautiful view and loved sitting on the beach with not having to worry about chairs. It was so nice to walk down and know you have somewhere to sit and relax We love okalossa island it’s so beautiful

The room was nice, little smaller than we’re used too but overall worked well for us. Traffic was NOT good coming in. City needs to address that issue. Lots of good places to eat!

Very accessible,well thought out

We were very impressed with this place. They thought of everything they could to make it comfortable, nice & easy to use. Everything in regards to the condo is very accessible to the beach,& pool. Feels very safe there with locking gates going to the pool/beach. Handy bathrooms near the pool as well. View is great, condo is spacious & accomodating to a large family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was absolutely perfect! Beachfront property. Beach chairs provided, attendant was very nice. 2 pools (1 heated) was great if you didn't want to be in the sand. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very nice, called to check that we got in ok. Already considering another trip back!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view!! The condo was very spacious, clean, and accommodating for my family of 8. The owners were quick to respond with any questions I had. I will definitely considered booking with them again.

Our stay was from 8-20 - 8-26-23 we contacted the owner last minute to see if we could stay an extra day which he permitted. Our stay was so lovely and the condo was situated in a low key area. My family enjoyed the beach and the complimentary beach service and the pools were really nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with internet connection. Over all I would recommend 204 for your stay.

Perfect!

Everything was great. The condo was very clean and had one of the most beautiful views of any condo I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed in hundreds. The beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. We will definitely keep this unit on our list of favorites.

Nice Stay at Waters Edge

We've stayed at this complex before, but first time in this until. Kitchen stocked nicely, beds were comfy. I'll never understand why a rental doesn't have dressers in all bedrooms so you can unpack. The small bedroom had 2 small rickety nightstands, but that was it. A dresser could go in the closet so there would be a place to unpack. Could use some updates, but overall a good stay

Great family beachfront property

I was a little apprehensive about the second floor unit having an ocean view. However the photos taken from the balcony were amazing. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. There was ample seating at the dining table for all our meals.

Great condo and location

The condo is in a great location! LOTS of room and beautiful view, clean and had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, rags, and cooking utensils. There were extra blankets as well. Tv in every room. Short walk to the pool and the beach. The internet doesn’t work great, but we didn’t mind. Everything works as it should (washer, dryer, dishwasher.) We loved it and will definitely be back.

Great location!

Overall it was nice. This unit is very outdated and needs some freshening up but it was clean and did the job! It could use better outdoor chairs and a new couch. Steps away from the beach and gorgeous view! I needed more washcloths in the unit and they were delivered to me within hours of asking. Communication was prompt. We had a great time! Thanks for a great stay! 😁
