Bellamente decoradas, esta unidad tiene una cocina, lavadora / secadora totalmente equipada, de 4 de televisión, DVD, WI-FI y balcón extra grande. Esta unidad dormir�� 8 con un rey en el maestro, 2 reinas en el segundo dormitorio y una reina en el tercer dormitorio. Este alquiler viene con 2 juegos de servicio de playa por temporada (2 sombrillas, 4 sillas de playa instaladas para usted todos los días, de marzo a octubre) y requiere estancias de sábado a sábado de junio a agosto.

Not a huge property - but its the perfect size

The unit was as advertised.Cleaning was not perfect, there items left behind by the cleaners - such as a dirty was cloth in the sink, dirty dishes in the dishwasher.The unit it self is conveniently located - and i especially liked the beach service. The unit and location were perfect for our stay.one thing to note: There are no extras - no laundry soap, no beach equipment such as floats, no beach towels. Other than that - the unit supplies the minimums.

Great vacation

Condominium was neat and tidy as was the entire complex. Location is very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The two beach chairs and umbrella was a plus.

Oceanfront Paradise: Stunning Views, Fully Equipped Condo, and Convenient Amenities

This condo offers an absolutely amazing stay with breathtaking ocean views from the balcony, kitchen/living room, and master bedroom. The pristine white sands and vibrant emerald green ocean create a picturesque setting, complemented by lifeguards on duty. You will need additional amenities like dish soap (dishwasher pods provided), laundry, pods, toilet paper (one roll per bathroom provided). The fully equipped kitchen is a huge plus. I wish glass top stove cleaner was provided. The inclusion of two umbrellas and four chairs is an awesome bonus. Conveniently located dining options are within walking distance, and for those who prefer to cook, nearby stores like Sam’s, Walmart, Publix, Dollar General, and Dollar Tree are just a 15-minute drive.

Great place to stay with family

Awesome views of the beach and very easy access. Unit very clean with everything we needed. Master had coastal view with deck access. 2 queen beds in kids room and another queen bedroom. Kitchen fully equipped. One of my favorites was having umbrellas and chairs ready for us each day.

Very nice condo. Just as advertised. Everything you may need was there. Great location. Great deck excellent furnishings. The only suggestion for the owners is the coffee table is very neat piece but so large it limits movement and seating in the den. I would recommend this condo to anyone and Summer Place is well maintained.

Lots of fun in Destin area

The view was amazing...we enjoyed the patio every single day. It was a quiet but close to things location...we would likely stay here again. We would suggest upgarding the washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Nice place

The sheets in the room with the double beds where not clean. Looked like cookie stains and pee stains. Windows by the front door was unsecured when checked in and was very dusty/dirty. But overall was a very nice place.

great stay w/ a few hiccups

We arrived B4 12 knowing check in was 4pm went to beach till 4, but room wasn't ready. :( Enjoyed room, esp. the 3 bedrooms but it definitely could have been cleaner! Friend staying w/ us got stuck in elevator and had to have fire Dept pull her out. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed pool/hot tub and close access to beach! We had a wonderful time w/ our family and friends!

Unit was beautiful, location was great, but could use some improvements

The property was exactly what we were looking for as far as location, view and access to the beach. We appreciated the heated pool and hot tub as well. Unfortunately we rated our overall stay as a 3 for a couple of reasons. When we first arrived, the unit had a very strong seafood odor, we went down to the front desk asking if they might have any spray or something to help, he offered us fabulosa cleaner to spray around the unit. We appreciated the offer but weren’t exactly happy about it, we ended up opening up the balcony door and airing it out, and later realized the rug in the kitchen was the reason for the smell. The other cleanliness issue we had was the leather couch was sticky, we could clearly telll something had been spilled on it, we went ahead and wiped it off ourselves. The major issue we encountered was not having wifi during our stay. My significant other and I are here visiting family from Germany and that was a big inconvenience since we relied on wifi to communicate with everyone. I let the front desk know the network wasn’t coming up for us to connect shortly after checking in, we reset the router, still didn’t work, he said he would have someone come up to take a look, no one came. We went down the next day to get the issue resolved, he said he would have someone contact us, we got the phone call a little while later, they had us connect to a different unit for the time being, which ended up being spotty and barely worked. I usually wouldn’t like to complain about wifi because hey, we’re on the beach and on vacation, but due to our circumstance it was very important and an accommodation we were expecting to have. Unfortunately, we felt very brushed off by management, however we still made the most out of the stay. I hope they get these issues resolved for the next people staying.

Fall break 2020

Had a wonderful experience at The Summer Place!!! Can't wait to come back next year!!!! All the staff was great !!! Truly enjoyed our condo!!!
