Beyond disappointed in this unit & the follow up with management.Arrived 10/8, late afternoon.Unit smelled & sand on floors throughout the unit, as if someone forgot to sweep prior to our coming?Master bath is a fall hazard – there are no anti-slip grips on the floor of the shower and it is very slippery when feet are wet. There are no bars in the shower or outside the shower, the towel bar is over 16 “ away from outside edge of tub. There are no bathroom rugs – however, a 12 x 18” towel is supplied – however when wet, makes the tile floor slippery .First morning in the condo, took a shower in the master bath - As I was reaching for a towel my feet slipped out from under me, and I face planted on the tile floor – breaking my nose &nasal septum into multiple pieces, sprained shoulder and a concussion. Had surgery 12 days later, 6 was later I am still not back to work full-time.Facility manager sent a copy that I signed prior to renting the condo absolving them of any injuries while I was in the condo.However, it says nothing about gross negligence from the homeowners and management staff.I have told them multiple times that this is a fall hazard for everyone and they need grab bars inside the shower, outside the shower, a towel bar much closer to the shower than what it was, some real bathroom rugs and anti-slip grips/pad on floor of the shower.If they have fixed gross negligence in the master bath, I recommend you stay elsewhere.
