Come see why Licensed to Chill is the place to be! This is a spacious 1BR/2BA condo at the complex within Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. The unit features a king bed in the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a bonus bunk nook with a twin over a twin bunk bed, and a living room sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while you take in the relaxing views of the pool and Gulf. When you're not enjoying a day at the beach, relax by the 5000 sq ft lazy river pool. Come see why Licensed to Chill is a family favorite.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

At Destin West you can enjoy extreme water fun in the 5000 square foot pool with a kiddie area, a 700-foot Lazy River, heated pool with waterfall, or one of two hot tubs. The Heron building boasts its own bayside pool that is heated year-round! Enjoy your view of the Choctawhatchee Bay, while the kids enjoy the lazy river. Cross over the sky bridge to the Gulf beaches without worrying about traffic. Charcoal grills and picnic tables on both the bayside and beachside make grilling out inviting and fun. Destin West guests can also enjoy access to the pools, bars, and restaurants located at the Island Beach Resort at Destin West beachside with the purchase of day passes. Destin West guests must go to the Island Beach Resort front desk for passes. Day passes are $25/person per day.

When day turns to night, Al’s Beach Club is our premier club and burger bar. Hungry? We've got that covered as well! The unit was nice. Location is perfect and amenities are wonderful. The unit was clean however the furniture needs a good professional cleaning or needs to be replaced. We had a wonderful time and would return.

Santos Honeymoon

Very relaxing decor, great views, easy check in, lovely lazy river and pools. The skybrige to the beach was very convenient, and the location is within walking distance to many fun things to do and a lot of great restaurants.

Not Licensed to chill

Online looks great, until my wife had to clean for several hours upon our arrival due to everything being dusty. Long hairs all over master bed, short hairs on clean bath towels, dark color stains on decor pillows on master bed. Also towel rod in master bath was missing but wall anchors were still there. I guess no need to fix it. Also my wife had to dry and fix her hair in hallway due to ground fault receptacle in master bath not working. Maintenance said they would come fix issues but never showed up. Kitchen light wasn’t working which was fun in the evening preparing food. My wife and I looked the property up prior and saw where there was a fitness room, but our condo owners decided to not pay extra for that also. I have family that comes there every year and it was highly recommended, but after our week there I’ll never stay here again.

Relaxed Atmosphere

Nice place and perfect location between the ocean. We came down to relax and fish and it did not disappoint. After going offshore we did some fishing on the resorts backwater which was fun. Lazy river and pool was great just wish the pool was open to swimming earlier in the morning. Check in process was ok. Found location but had a bit of trouble finding our unit and room and key code was way too long to remwber to get into the unit. Overall it was very nice place and we will be back for sure again

Super Cute Condo! Fit 6 (2 adults, 4 kids perfectly)

This condo has everything, place for 6 to sleep, 2 bathrooms, and washer and dryer. We were able to cook quick meals and the beach and lazy river were clean. We also booked a pontoon boat with double slides right next door and was able to travel that day to CRAB ISLAND, which was a little piece of paradise with crystal clear water.

Memorial Day 2023

Had a great time! Location and amenities are great, lazy river, pools, hot tubs, close to many restaurants, entertainment and shopping, the Boardwalk, Harbor Walk, and just a short walk to the beach. Condo was clean and nice - Thank you, we enjoyed our stay :)
