This property was WONDERFUL! Great access to beach for little ones! Condo was WELL EQUIPPED! Beds were so VERY comfortable! We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Summer trip

We were very pleased with this condo. Room was very clean upon arrival .. It had everything we needed and loved the layout of the room. The tv room was a bonus for the grandkids …we are looking forward to a great week !

Place was awesome. Top line amenities and very clean. View of the ocean was perfect. We always had chairs an an umbrella. The ocean and pool were cold but for the 1st week of May I guess that’s to be expected. There are a couple different codes to get into the gate and beach area but I just typed them in my phone and after a day I remembered them. Would highly recommend this unit.Tom

Bella Riva Resort - Unit 202

This is our 3rd year staying at this unit. It is so spacious for our family. I also want to mention the kitchen is fully stocked of every small appliance (even K-cup AND drip coffee makers) We love Sunset Rentals who manage the property.

Incredible Stay

The unit was exactly as pictured. Very clean and close to all beach amenities. Having the umbrella and chairs included at the beach was a definite bonus. I’ve stayed in 2 other units in same building and would return to this one again.

Great stay

Second time staying here. This time it was for two months. It's a little more costly than the other condo complexes around it, but if you are looking for style and comfort, Bella Riva is worth taking a look at. A few minor issues arose, but nothing that either I or Randy and his maintenance staff couldn't attend to. The only addition I can think of would be a gas grill on the deck. (The connection is already there) I would stay again.

Bella Riva 202 is Gorgeous!

This condo is everything you want and more for a luxurious vacation. Exclusive, gated and beautiful property and location. The only suggestions I have is to do away with keys and get door codes. Pool needs an upgrade it was at the opposite dnd of our condo.

Great condo. Well maintained but no grill

Beautiful unit and a great location. No BBQ facilities at the property. They inventory the towels and linens. We didnt check and confirm the number of washcloths and towels at check in.

Beautiful vacation spot!

This condominium was more than what we were expecting and was such a wonderful surprise! Extremely clean and very comfortable. Even my husband, who is not much of a beach person, loved this condo with its top of the line kitchen, beautiful decor and great sized balcony with top of the line patio furniture. For those of us that love the beach, we could be sitting seaside within 2 minutes! Sunset Resort rental company was always very responsive to all of our questions and inquiries. We would definitely come back and we will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Bella Riva April 2021

The Bella Riva condo we stayed at was beautiful and very well equipped. There was more than enough room for the 4 adults and 4 teenagers that stayed here. The only issues we had was the supply of just one key for the unit and no type of keypad or lockbox entry, it was very inconvenient to have to juggle the key. I was also disappointed in the size of and location of the pool. For the price charged I would have expected a much more impressive pool. Probably look for another condo on future trips due to pool.

Family vacation

Other than the keys not being in the lockbox at the office and having to wait in someone to brings us keys after traveling 8 1/2 hours with two infants …. Our stay was great!

Beautiful condo, excellent views!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Walked into the room and felt like the water was at the end of the living room, stunning! Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, gorgeous set up. Loved having storage in the garage for our beach stuff, very convenient! Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

Great location! The location was farther down the island, which was great! Gorgeous condo! The view outside the balcony was beautiful... natural dunes, not overlooking the pool. We were provided a "starter kit" of necessities, i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry soap, until we were able to go to the store. The kitchen was well stocked, everything needed to prepare and serve meals.

The door code provided was incorrect and food was left on outside balcony floor but those are the only 2 negative things I can say. Everything was wonderful and we will be back!

Beautiful Condo on the beach

Simply amazing! Beautiful condo, with gulf front view. All the amenities. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Kitchen had all the latest appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus. Spacious. Only small annoyance is that the mattresses were not great. I would stay here again . Loved it!
