  • Relájese de su estrés diario en sus vacaciones frente al mar en este encantador condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Disfrute de la impresionante vista del cuarto piso de la luz del sol bailando en las aguas esmeralda del Golfo de México. Esta unidad acomoda cómodamente a 6 personas con 2 camas king size y 1 sofá cama Queen. Totalmente amueblado, cocina totalmente equipada y todos los pisos de azulejos hacen que esta unidad no tenga precedentes. Es un placer cocinar para toda su familia en la cocina con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con vista al Golfo. La mejor parte es que, cuando esté listo para ir a la playa, simplemente baje las escaleras o tome el ascensor, ¡y ya está!

Great location right on the beach. Pool is huge and nice as well. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Only recommendation is to provide some more basic supplies, such as coffee filters and coffee or K cups, spices, more than 1 roll of paper towels, basic beach toys, etc.

We enjoyed playing golf at Regatta Bay, which is one of the free amenities offered with this rental, and eating at Stewby’s just down the street! Great location. The check in/out process was easy and the property managers were very helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place! Well equipped condo with lots of space and storage. Only thing that should be replaced is the sofa bed. It was awful. Had to put the mattress on the floor. On July 4, the umbrellas around the pool should have been up. Even after we asked the desk, mid to late morning they said the pool maintenance people had left early. That wasn’t acceptable poor management.

We have been coming to the Islander for many years and we have rented many Condos in the building and have never been disappointed. Our recent stay was great. The Condo was clean, comfortable and exactly what I expected. I loved the rocking chairs on the balcony. Our coffee maker was not working so I called and a new one was brought right away. Love the Islander resort, the view is second to none. Always visit McGuires Irish, The Donut Shop and Back Porch Restaurants in Destin. But always stay on Okaloosa Island at the Islander. Will be back again next year.

We enjoyed the patio furniture. It was clean and comfortable, just like home. The beds were comfy and perfect for our family of 5, two adults and three young kids. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the appliances and cookware we needed. Our only complaint is with the dryer. It seemed old. It was noisy and left rust stains on a few items. Overall our stay was wonderful! We will definitely book with Brooks and Shorey again.

The view is amazing. When checking in our room we noticed the back door lock was broken off. They had someone look at it right away and he was back the next morning to fix it! Everyone was very nice and efficient. My daughter left her wallet and we didn’t notice until we were too far to turn around. When we asked for them to mail it to us they immediately had the wallet and it was in the mail being sent back to us that afternoon! So thankful for their kindness! We will definitely be back!

The furniture is modern and comfortable and I found all the grounds people at the condo hardworking and friendly. At bedtime, the day we arrived, we discovered there were no blankets for the foldout bed and not enough blankets for the other rooms. We called the after hours number and a lovely employee helped us resolve the issue with some effort on her behalf. We appreciated her going the extra mile as well as her courteous manner. I’ve booked through Brooks and Shorey for years and highly recommend them.

Great Vacation!

The condo was perfectly located on the beach with a nice sized balcony to see it on. We saw a dolphin and sting rays from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed and I love the calm colors and all the space. The beach chair and umbrella service was super nice and convenient. We used one of the complimentary passes to do the sunset dolphin cruise on the Catteywampas and that was amazing! I love that there is an app to use for the property, so it was easy to refer to information and to check out. This area has restaurants close by (Stewbys and Old Bay Steamers was delicious!) and Destin is the perfect distance where you are away from the business but close enough to get to for fun. Definitely want to stay here again! Only suggestion would be to get a new mattress in the master bedroom, it was not comfortable, but the other bedroom mattress was great!
