The owners have spared no expense in remodeling this beautiful 3 bedroom beachfront condo! | Escape to idyllic Okaloosa Island and delight in a stay at our Fort Walton Beach, Florida condo at Island Princess 510. Enjoy relaxing on your private balcony watching the waves cascade over the shoreline. | Island Princess 510 is roomy and inviting, with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and enough space for eight guests. Everyone will be drawn to the sight of the Gulf visible through the living room’s wall-to-wall glass windows. A wide balcony provides plenty of seating for everyone to pull up a chair and soak up the view! Enjoy a late-morning breakfast at the breakfast bar, or gather around the dining room table and enjoy the meal you prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The unit will sleep 6 with a king in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom and a queen in the 3rd bedroom. Love this condo and location!

Beautiful condo with the perfect location. Can get anywhere within minutes. Loved they view out to the ocean as soon as we walked in to the condo. Will definitely stay here again. 10/10!

Beautiful Condo

Our family had so much space! Very clean and very beautifully decorated. Having 3 bathrooms was extremely nice. Beds were comfortable too! Pool was amazing and views breathtaking. We will definitely stay in this condo again when we return to Florida.

Sister trip

We booked this condo for our annual sister trip. Flying from Pittsburgh and Dallas and driving from Birmingham. We’ve vacationed together for 20+ years and this was by far the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. The pictures on VRBO don’t do it justice. Much nicer and more spacious than the listing shows. Steps to the provided beach service and short drives to restaurants. The den furniture was sturdy and cozy. Wonderful sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning. I will say the trip was perfect despite 3 days of double red flags and thunderstorms! We had books, tv and jigsaw puzzle. Our reservation is made for this unit for 2025.

Beautiful Beach Condo

My friends and I enjoyed celebrating our 60th birthdays in this comfortable condo with beautiful beach decor. The kitchen was well stocked with great appliances. Our favorite place was the balcony. It has great views of the pool and the gorgeous beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to enjoy the beach!

Our family has been going to Destin/30A for about 30 years. Over that time we have watched the area grow in popularity and, unfortunately, beach congestion and traffic. On a whim, we decided to reserve a condo on Okaloosa Island and we are so glad we did! Okaloosa still has some of the small resort charm, excellent accommodations, very little traffic, and a great selection of restaurants. Of course, it also has the beautiful white sandy beaches and Emerald waters common to the gulf. Our family (4 adults) stayed in this beautifully appointed, comfortable, and clean condo with a spectacular view of the beach in all directions. We enjoyed the bar-height stools on the patio to check out the beach and observe the spectacular sunsets. All the appliances appeared to be new and worked perfectly. Check-in/out was hassle-free. All-in-all, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and recommend it for others who prefer to spend their time on the beach and not fighting traffic 🙂. Oh, BTW, we used Instacart to order our groceries and the shoppers brought our groceries to the unit’s door on the 5th floor! I use Instacart frequently but never on vacation. I will always use it going forward.

Great condo

Very clean and up-to-date. Only bad thing was the main elevator tearing up for a few days and the walk way to the beach would be better if it was an arched ramp vs lots of stairs. Other than that, the condo and resort was very nice and we enjoyed our vacation so much.

Great Condo

The condo was beautiful and stocked with everything my family needed. Very disappointed that the spa was closed. Very specifically asked if it would be open and hot during the renovations and was told yes. Otherwise, incredible place.

Beautiful and convenient

I have stayed in Destin many times, but this was my first time staying on Okaloosa Island. I was a little apprehensive of making a change, but the same great beaches that are across the bay, are just as fresh and clean here. One of the beauties of this facility is its size. Because it's just one complex, you don't have a ton of competition for the beach chairs. Plus, the unit itself was tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable, even for a family of 7. And you couldn't beat the view.

Great condo for family fun

We enjoyed our stay! It's a great place for families. There isn't really anything within walking distance and traffic was tough getting to Destin area but the condo and complex was very nice and we'll taken care of.

BEAUTIFUL Condo with Gorgeous views!

We would definitely stay here again! The only thing we disliked was the cleaning service requesting tips. We already paid the cleaning fee for the rental. We didn’t know if they would be upset if we didn’t leave a tip and then accuse us of damage. Overall, the property is Beautiful and the condo!!

It was so easy to rent this property. VRBO makes it easy. The condo itself was true to the pictures. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The view from balcony is breathtaking.

This condo is newly renovated...the showers/kitchen/decor are beautiful. The view of the Gulf is amazing! Will definitely return to this unit. Very easy check-in/check-out process.

lOVED This property

We booked a two week stay at this property for my husband and adult handicap daughter in March/April 2020. The property manager sent all the check in info in an email the week prior to our arrival dates so there wasn't a long tedious check in process which was much appreciated. Everything was very clean and ready for move in. There was anything we needed in the kitchen with high end appliances dishes and cutlery. The view of the ocean is spectacular and we got to see dolphins right in front of the Condo on two different occasions. I'm somewhat of an ocean snob and refuse to stay anywhere I can't walk out from my bedroom late at night or early in the morning for some ocean breeze and this is one of the reasons I chose this Condo over others that didn't have an access to the balcony from the master suite. Speaking of the master suite, the big king bed was super comfortable with lots of soft comfy pillows. That elevated my rating to a 5 out of 5. We took our handicap daughter with us and as usual she started having some health issues as soon as we arrived that caused us to have to have some equipment and medications shipped to us overnight. The property management (which isn't on site) were great in accommodating and helpful in getting the much needed supplies to us and secure the next business day. The grandkids flew in for a few days stay and the Condo was plenty big enough for all of us and the 3rd bathroom made the stay with two extra teen girls so much more relaxing. If you ever had teenage girls you will understand how much that 3rd bathroom was appreciated. :) We loved the area around the Condo as it isn't right off the busy throughway but close enough that we could easily access good restaurants and some souvenir shopping. Delivered Fubar Pizza was most enjoyable the first night and we returned to their place for a 2nd with the girls. We took advantage of the two free beach chairs every day even though some days were pretty chilling in March but the weather did warm up the 2nd week so we spent a lot of time on the beach and it wasn't busy at all. All of us have either received both our Covid vaccines or had Covid so we were fully protected but we still wear mask and we were pleased to see the majority of people at the Condo and in the area all wore mask as well. Don't forget to print your parking pass from the email check in information like we did. We had to go get it printed. We will definitely be back.
