HERON 304 WITH GREAT FANTASTIC VIEWS!

Book now for summer! This condo should be in a magazine.

This luxurious condo has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with almost 1600 sq. ft. living and over 400 sq. ft. of patio space. The living room has plenty of seating and a great view of the bay and the lazy river. The living room also has a sleeper sofa, a sleeper chair (each with 6 inch mattress)and a 64" Flat screen CURVED TV .Free High Speed Internet with Wifi for your laptops, ipod, ipads, etc. Dining room table has custom made table with seating for 8 plus 3 additional bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Every kitchen appliance possible, including Kuerig coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, crock pot, Cuisinart cookware just to name a few. No reason to bring anything from home when staying in this unit.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed with memory foam cooling mattress and large flat screen TV It also has a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and two sink vanity. The Master bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads to the balcony and a large window that gives the spacious bedroom an open feeling.

The second bedroom has a King Bed with memory foam cooling mattress and a large screen TV. And the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed including memory foam cooling mattress and XL twin bed on top and a TV. All bed covers are new and top of the line.

Too many great things to say about this condo. You will not be dissatisfied! It will hurt to say 'goodbye' when you leave.

Destin Dance Trip

Great location! Love all the room this property allowed for my family. The kitchen was fully stocked to provide the option to cook at home some days. Lazy river was a big win for my children! If we come back to Destin next year, this will definitely be where we stay!

Family Mini Getaway

Unfortunately the property did not meet our expectations. It was very dirty and unclean. The bed linens were ragged and worn. Musty smoking smell. Mold on windows. Very old and owners should update and refresh. Dusty and cobwebs everywhere. Stains on bedding and mattresses for pull out beds.

Great Family Vacation

My family loved the condo! The lazy river was clean and all my kids enjoyed it. There are several extra pools as well. Check in and out was easy! The condo was clean and plenty of room for my family of 8. Only downfall was they provided 4 bath towels for a condo that is meant for 10 people. I had to use handtowels several times to dry off after bathing. I feel like there should be a minimum of 10 towels if a condo fits 10 guests. We brought beach towels but did not want to use those to dry off with after a shower lol. I gave communication with the owner a 4, I called once and the guy I spoke to was a little rude but still answered my questions and did as he said he would, so no big deal! I received a text message saying the condo was ready for check in around 12:30pm. Being able to check in early was so so nice as we arrived several hours before noon, after a long drive we were definitely ready to settle in. There is a wagon with beach toys, an umbrella, chairs, and boogie boards. I loved that they provided those, definitely a bonus. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The beds were comfortable. We would stay here again! It really was an enjoyable vacation and a really nice condo.

Nice place

The property is nice with the pools. Close to beaches, but there is no grill as implied in the description. The only grill is charcoal on the property which is public. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. The deck is great with Harbor view. Lots of things within walking distance. Wagon with some beach toys is nice. You need to order everything or buy….. Coffee filters, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, extra dish soap, dishwasher tablets, oil spray, all spices, paper towels. I didn’t expect them to supply but you do go through a lot with a big family, so make sure you get that type of thing. We left a scrubber for pots and pans that we bought but there isn’t one in the unit. It was a fun vacation and we didn’t feel cramped with 9 of us. Nice condo.

An amazing condo! Fully equipped with anything you need to cook in the kitchen. Beds are so comfy! Love the beach chairs and use of the umbrella! Lazy river is amazing. Will definitely recommend to others and can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful condo in a great location

Another enjoyable stay at the Destin West. Our condo was tastefully updated and immaculate. We will definitely go back to the Destin West and wouldn't hesitate to stay in the same unit!

This was a nice property but it needed a thorough cleaning. The dining table has grooves in it and they were full of food bits, sprinkles, and other debris upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable. There was not enough towels and washcloths. It needed more as only 8 were in the unit and it was listed as suitable for 10 guests.

Amazing property

This was by far the best stay we have ever had . The property was exactly how we imagined it and will be staying here again every chance we get . Spring Break

This property is everything that it looks like and even those you are on the bay side you are still able to see Dolphins every single day as we did for lunch! Very laid-back vacation and the pools are heated on this side plus it has the lazy river on this side as well!

Well equipped for family’s

Beautiful decor with all essential amenities. Loved that they left a highchair, pack and play for toddler. Plus beach towels and beach play essentials. Kitchen layout was excellent with shelves for vacation essentials. Would definitely rent condo again.

That’s what I want every time!

We really enjoyed our stay. First time in Destin! Second or third time for the fiends with us. Everything was so close available and you had everything you needed. No need to go anywhere unless you want to shop or go out to eat. Very kid friendly. Unfortunately though the one year old with us got ahold of something on the floor or balcony and spent a few days in the hospital, not sure if it was cleaner, pill, or random substance, after that vacation was the best we could ever ask for. Great Weather. We loved the availability of toys, carts, pool/beach towels, chairs. Something you don’t always travel with and was a great help. We will definitely be back!

Amazing! Will definitely be back

This was our first time to Destin/Ft Walton and We had the best time staying at Destin west! Our 3 year old son absolutely loved the lazy river and pools. The beach access was just a short walk across the street and the wagon was perfect to haul all our beach goodies. We sat outside on the back patio and ate dinner every night. We will definitely be back again

Family Time

Having never been to this area, we weren’t sure of what the surrounding services would be and if it was close to local attractions. We were very pleased with variety of local restaurants and the ease of commute. The unit is very tastefully decorated, the beds and linens are high quality, the kitchen(although we didn’t do any cooking) was fully functioning with nice appliances. The view from the lanai is beautiful and the pool is only steps away. If we are every in need accommodations in the area, we will definitely consider this again.

Overall Good

Overall good experience. Room was clean, beds/bedding were nice. Kitchen was stocked with all you need. Living room was spacious for. Brand new Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella available was so nice. Patio was huge and a great view. Close to pools and just a short walk to the beach. A couple issues. Toilet in master ran constantly. Maintenance came to look at but never returned to fix. Facet in jacuzzi bathtub was broke and maintenance never showed up to fix. A lot of light bulbs were blown and tv remotes in bedroom was dead. Minor things but would have been nice if those things weren’t an issue and were checked by housekeeping or maintenance prior to each arrival.

Perfect Retreat!

The only thing that I can say bad was that the weather was cold while we were there. The views were amazing and the condo was fabulous. We will return when the weather is warmer.
