Welcome to Islander Beach Resort 305 on Okaloosa Island. This gorgeous, updated studio unit offers partial views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). We really enjoyed our stay! The beach chair service was a nice inclusion. The room was decorated very nicely and very clean. Our only complaint was the thermostat couldn’t be turned down so didn’t sleep the greatest without a cold room. Also, the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great.

Will for sure be back!

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a few days while on spring break! It was very clean and in a perfect location. The only issue we had was with the AC. Apparently in the “cooler” months when it gets below a certain temperature it blows hot air even if you have the AC on. At one point we woke up and it was 78 inside. Thankfully we were able to leave the door to the balcony open a lot since it was cooler but it was a little frustrating. The customer service was great and even had someone out here looking to make sure everything was running okay. The HOA are the ones in charge of the chiller system so it was really out of our hands. Overall, a great place and we would for sure come back!

Great Studio On a Great Beach but...

The accommodations were perfect for a couples weekend and the property management company was responsive. The problem we had was that the heater blew cold air during our first night when the outside temperatures were in the 50s. We reported it and the maintenance crew responded quickly the next day but left us a note explaining how the thermostat was locked into a program that would blow heat on a cold night.... No problem with that but dismissed the fact that it wasn't blowing heat. Frustrating so we chose not chance it on the second night.

Small but nice condo

Overall, it is a nice condo in a good location, and we enjoyed our stay. However, listing title states that it's a 1-bedroom which is misleading since this condo does not have a private bedroom. Pictures are accurate but I did overlook the studio set up based on the advertised title.

My boyfriend and I were wanting a mini get away vacation. This was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed our room very much. Our favorite part was the egg chairs outside, we stayed out there for hours!

My husband and I stayed here for a our babymoon, prior to the arrival of our first baby. Overall, it was a good experience. I would rate 3.5/5 stars. Pros: -Roomy enough for 2 adults -Good beach access -Great location of condo, with things to do/places to eat nearby -Cute, cozy decor -Full size kitchen appliances -2 large TVs -Towels/Rags included in bathroom Cons: -Full size bed that is not very comfortable (very firm despite mattress pad) -AC cannot be cut below 70 degrees -AC unit is set to change temperature to 74 automatically in the middle of the night -No washer and dryer in unit -Out of date appliances

My husband and I visited for a small vacation before the arrival of our first baby. This is the perfect spot for a couple. Very cute, beachy decor! Some little things I’d like to point out - coffee maker was broken, coffee and grinds spewed everywhere on our first attempt to use; the salt and pepper shakers are huge and the salt didn’t work; the thermostat automatically changed multiple times throughout the night and my husband had to get out of bed to turn it back down; the paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags were all very cheap, so if you like Bounty I’d bring your own. We also purchased our own beach chairs and umbrella, but they came for free with the unit which was not included in the listing. So we have to make an extra trip to return them. The sea grass and sea lice were extremely bothersome in Fort Walton which was a bummer. Getting in the water was actually painful. We headed down to Henderson Beach and the water was super clear and free of any stinging sea life! Overall was a good trip and we were happy with the condo.

Relaxing and romantic

We had a wonderfully relaxing get away for our 25th anniversary. The condo was the perfect size for us, intimate and cozy. It was clean and comfortable. Easy beach access and beautiful view. We highly recommend this place. Lovely.

I was moved to this unit, with very little notice and was giving 2 places to pick from! And had to pick before the end of the day that they called to move me! The person who switch us was not very helpful are friendly! I asked for the manager to call me and got nothing from him or her! Will not be using them again.

Great location terrible company to deal with

Booked 3-4 weeks in advance Never once did they inform me that there was construction going on. We reserved this place for the balcony and view, which we could not use. Construction waking us up at 7am each morning, hammers, drills., saws etc. that continued throughout the day until 5:30. We had to have the patio furniture in the unit so the living room area was basically useless. I sent 3 emails to real joy, all of which Were unanswered. Talked to someone on the phone they said not our problem basically. A/C went out that last night as well to top it off. So I would look elsewhere if any available.
