Beach Service Included! Dune Pointe is situated along the Emerald Coast of Okaloosa Island. Guests can enjoy the heated pool, cable TV, and free high-speed internet, as well as a boardwalk to quickly get to the beach.

One step inside the door of this seventh floor luxurious condo, and you know this is no ordinary Destin area vacation rental. Your eyes are immediately drawn to the incredible views of the emerald waters and crystal-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The large sliding doors of this corner unit bring in lots of light and afford spectacular views of both the beach and the Santa Rosa Sound. Step out onto the spacious, 200 square foot balcony–feel the sea breezes blow across your face and hear the lapping waves beckoning you to slip on your suit and dive in.

If you can tear yourself away from the view of the turquoise waters and sugar-white sands of the magnificent Gulf of Mexico, you'll notice the upscale furnishings and amenities that make this a superior choice.

And the “creature-comforts” don't stop there. The master suite with private bath, is decorated in sophisticated island style and complete with king bed and flat screen TV.

Move to the second bedroom and you'll find two twin-size beds and another flat screen, and the sofa in the living room features a queen-size sleeper. So there's plenty of room for the whole family! A second bath ensures that everyone has the privacy they need to enjoy a memorable vacation.

Dune Pointe is a seven-floor complex with elevator and features a beautiful pool. We provide beach service with this unit from March to October so you can enjoy the luxury of two of your own private chairs and umbrella. If you forget any supplies, there is a 24-hour convenience store next door, so you never have to leave!

Fort Walton is just across the bridge from Destin, so you are close to everything here. The Fort Walton Downtown Business and Entertainment District offers shopping, dining, arts, nightlife and year-round events at the lovely waterfront park, adjacent to the main streets of town. Watch the Dolphin and Sea Lion shows at the Gulfarium. Explore the Indian Temple Mound Museum in the heart of historic downtown Fort Walton Beach. Catch dinner or breathtaking sunsets from the Okaloosa Island Pier, stretching 1262 feet into the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico–no fishing license required! Or relax with wood-fired steaks and seafood at the beachfront Black Pearl Restaurant.

Want to explore the area? Take a short day trip to nearby Pensacola and tour the National Naval Aviation Museum. And if aviation and the military peaks your interest, check out the Air Force Armament Museum at Eglin Air Force Base.

This condo was perfect for my family of 5. The two older kids had their own room and beds and the master bedroom was large and worked out great to share with a baby. Being right on the beach was very convenient with some great restaurants nearby. It's a small complex so our beach area was not crowded. Upon our arrival, the balcony doors were not shut properly by housekeeping so the unit was humid, but the AC thankfully worked properly. There was a dehumidifier in the unit as well which helped. The management company was quick to respond and reach out. Would definitely stay here again.

School break getaway

We had such a lovely stay in this condo! The location was perfect. It was our daughter’s first time at the beach and she loved getting to see the ocean from our balcony as well as enjoy the short walk to the beach to play! We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing view!!

This property's view is absolutely amazing!! The condo was nice. Pool was a great change up from the beach. I would say the furniture is a condo was a bit dusty and could use updating however we were very pleased with this condo. Family friendly, amazing view!! Lots of seaweed this time we visited Oakloosa Island

Famiy vacation

The condo was nice. It was going through some renovations while we're staying, not a big deal. The view was awesome from the balcony although we would have liked a few more chairs on the patio for the whole family to sit. Outside of the building could use some TLC and the elevator was down a few times during our stay so hiking to the top floor wasn't exactly enjoyable. Overall location and the condo itself were pretty good.

Beautiful Home

We were late arriving at the property, so it was after dark when we arrived, and GPS initially took us to the wrong address which was aggravating to try and find the correct building in the dark. Once we found the property (which was 2 buildings down from where GPS took us) and made our way up to the 7th floor condo, we were very pleased with the home. The home was clean and up to date, and I really liked the layout of it.

Great Spot

The condo was awesome and we had no issues relating to it. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and accessible. The property is well maintained, including the pool and elevator. The views are gorgeous and the location is super convenient. I think the only thing I could even find to complain about is that the garbage can in the kitchen is under-counter so it’s not very large. But that’s really not an issue. I would highly recommend.

Santa Rosa Blvd

This was a very spacious condo. Kitchen was nicely stocked for what we needed. Was a tad disappointed that the building sits behind and in between the two condos on either side, but we still had a great view of the ocean. Having the umbrella and chairs daily was awesome. Fort Walton is a great little town with some cute shops. Hopefully our next visit, there won’t be JUNEGRASS.

The pool area was not clean the concrete was moldy & people park in front of building & changed into swimsuits in pool bathroom. The need locks on pool area doors. The picture online are very deceiving, the place is rundown.

Great location

The condo it’s self is amazing as well as the location having the beach chairs was great even though we couldn’t get in the ocean due to double red flags. Some issues we had was the freezer was not freezing anything and we had bought ice cream on our way so it melted. We waited the 24 hours like it said in the email as the freezer needs time to freeze. So we called the next day and was told the owner was in town and would stop by. No one stopped by then was told they were going to have a maintenance person come check it out, no one ever stopped by. It ended up my spouse fixed it which we should have done from the start but it was our vacation we shouldn’t have to. Unfortunately we fixed it the night before we left so we went our vacation with no freezer. Another issue was the elevator being on the top floor is great until the elevator stops working. Numerous times the elevator wasn’t working and we had to take the stairs I called the number for the elevator and they told me they don’t handle it. Thankfully someone who lives in the building would reset it every time. Besides the little issues I would definitely stay again it was such a peaceful relaxing area not over crowded at all.

Loved our stah

The condo was perfect size for my family of 4. Beach view from the balcony and a very short walk to a very clean, quiet, private beach. Top floor…Very quiet and comfortable stay. I would recommend this to family/friends and would easily stay again.

Great place!

We really enjoyed this condo. It was roomy and just what we needed. Could use a few more kitchen utensils, i.e. rubber spatulas. Also would be nice to have tables and chairs for 6 on the balcony. But for the most part it was a very pleasant stay. There were tons of people at the beach but our complex was intimate and cozy. The free chairs and umbrella was a big plus.

This was a working vacation. This property was a great place to work at the beach. I cook a lot and the kitchen lacked a cutting board or sheet pans but was otherwise perfect for our needs. Thank you!
