    Gulf 416--Completely updated gulf side condo that sleeps 10. This stunning two bedroom plus bunk room corner beach front unit is unlike many others on Okaloosa Island. Located directly on the Gulf, this unit is a two bedroom, two bath unit with very unique features and all of the things you will need to feel at home.

    The Master Bedroom with a king bed is facing the Gulf of Mexico, and also has direct balcony access. Attached to the Master is the private bathroom with a spacious walk in closet. There is also a chair that folds out into a sleeper for one. Enjoy lounging with a 30" flat screen..

    Guest bedroom and bunk room are decorated with the beach and relaxation in mind to make you forget all about the worries of everyday life! Queen bedroom and Bunk room both have flat screen tv/dvd players with a spacious guest bathroom. Bunk room has been updated to a full bed on bottom and twin on top for additional sleeping options. Living room sofa has a sleeper sofa with all linens included.

    Cooking is enjoyed in this very open kitchen, that is fully equipped and enhanced with views of the gulf. We've got you covered with everything you will need to prepare anything from a gourmet meal to a picnic lunch. If you're a coffee drinker, bring your K-cups because we have a Keurig for you as well as a standard coffee maker.

    Everything you need is really at your fingertips:
    *Laundry Room is located in the kitchen in it's own doored space.
    *Seating for five dining table and the breakfast bar, in addition to seating for six on the patio.
    *A comfortable Living Room with a 50 inch smart TV with internet for your entertainment.


    What else could you think of that doesn't make this the ultimate TWO BEDROOM on the Gulf?? Guests of DestinWest have access to the beach or bay side. Bay side is the host of the 700 foot lazy river, several pools, hot tubs and a brand new marina.
    The minimum acceptable ratio of occupants in our rental units is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the rental property except during Spring Break. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every two (2) persons under the age of 25.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The wagon and beach toys were an added bonus as we didn’t have room to bring ours! The beach was fantastic though more crowded than I prefer. Just know this is a larger complex than typical of fort Walton so the beach is more crowded.

Great property for family fun.

Beach and pool fun all day and a relaxing dinner out on the balcony to end the evening was a perfect way to spend our vacation. Kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed to prepare dinner each night. Kids are ready to go back and so are we.

Great Location

We stayed in this same resort building a year ago and after this time, I believe this will be our annual vacation spot! We love the location directly on the beach and the pool amenities as well. The condo was bright and clean and recently updated. We like the location next to Rockin Tacos and Al’s so we could walk to dinner. It’s close enough to the hustle and bustle to drive but far enough away to offer a more relaxing getaway.

Great locaation & stay!

We loved our stay over Christmas! The condo was in great shape, had super comfy beds, and was in a great location! The balcony overlooks the pool, with the ocean in the background. The parking garage gave us easy access to the condo which was great when carting around luggage. We couldnt have asked for a better place, and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

Very clean. TVs didn’t all work and could not be fixed until the last day. But the view and cleanliness made up for that. Staff was very responsive and friendly. Perfect weather and a great stay.

Amazing Property!!!

This rental is fabulous!!! The view is amazing! The balcony off of both the living room and master is awesome and it was so nice to listen to the ocean waves. The property was very clean and well stocked. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a rental home! The location is great - close to boardwalk and a short drive to Destin. The beach is right there and there are several pools to choose from as well as a large hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Overall a wonderful experience!

Great stay!

We had a great time at Destin West! We loved our condo. It was nice and spacious. Great view of the ocean! Couple things was we only got 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people and 5 nights. That is definitely not enough. Plus two out of the four TVs worked. Other than that it was clean and a nice stay! We would definitely stay here again!!!

We loved the property! It was close to the beach, shops and restaurants! The chair in the primary bedroom that folded into a bed was not comfortable for my daughter. She chose to sleep in the pull out couch which was broken so she ended up sleeping directly on the couch itself. I sent a text to the number in my check in instructions but never received a response. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!
