This intimate 71-unit resort offers direct beach access and a seasonally heated oceanfront pool (the pool is not heated Jan-Feb). Your stay includes complimentary beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) from March through October, plus access to private tennis courts and charcoal grilling stations.

Convenience is built-in with a designated parking spot visible from your private balcony and a quick five-minute stroll to the local Tom Thumb. When you're ready to explore, you are only six miles from Destin's legendary seafood, shopping, and family fun—from go-karts and water parks to dolphin cruises and world-class golf. Whether you're watching the Blue Angels practice nearby or relaxing by the surf, everything you need for a perfect coastal getaway is right at your fingertips.

Parking: Free gated parking is provided for this unit for up to 2 vehicles. One space is covered, and one is uncovered. Other vehicles must be parked offsite, and may be parked at our office located in Fort Walton Beach.

Food: A convenience store is just a few minute's hop. For full grocery hauls, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. Dining options near the resort include Beachview Breakfast and Grill on Okaloosa Island and The Shack, a local staple for waterfront seafood within a short drive of the villa. Also, for a quick and highly-rated lunch, Stewby's Seafood Shanty which serves some of the freshest grilled fish, or try The Gulf which offers a unique outdoor dining experience right on the water. Old Bay Steamer is the go-to spot for those craving massive steamer pots of crab and shrimp. All within minutes.

Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

Pool: The pool at Emerald Isle is a beachfront facility on the Gulf of Mexico. It features seasonal heating during March and April and connects to the beach via a private boardwalk with an access ramp. The area includes a sundeck with lounge chairs, charcoal grills, a picnic space, and a freshwater shower. Guests must wear resort-provided wristbands to access the pool deck. Not heated during January and February. Otherwise, pools are heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.

This unit is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way. We are local and provide same day assistance.

• Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email)
• Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. No RVs or Trailers
• No Smoking in unit or on balcony
• Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am
• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.
