• Parking: The property features convenient on-site parking options (detailed parking guidelines, including street restrictions and vehicle limits, will be provided in your check-in instructions). Please note that the garage is strictly reserved for owner storage and is not open for guest parking.
• Rideshares & Taxis: Uber and Lyft operate heavily in the Fort Walton Beach and Destin areas. If you plan on enjoying a few tropical cocktails at a beachside tiki bar or heading out for a lively dinner, grabbing a quick rideshare is always an easy, stress-free option.
• Walking & Biking: While a car or rideshare is best for heading to the main beaches and attractions, the immediate residential neighborhood is wonderful for peaceful morning walks or evening strolls under the Florida sky.

• Garage Upgrade in Progress: We are currently converting our garage into an exciting new game room! Because it is under active construction, the garage will be completely inaccessible during your stay. All construction work is strictly paused while guests are in the house to ensure you have full privacy and no noise disruptions, though please note that driveway parking is available for your use.
• The Pool Experience: For your comfort and safety, the pool heater is automated to a blissful 84 degrees. The temperature controls are restricted to ensure optimal performance , and our professional pool service stops by every Thursday to keep the water sparkling clean.
• Florida Wildlife Notice: Because this home embraces beautiful, natural Florida surroundings, keep an eye out for local wildlife—you might occasionally spot a turtle lounging near the pool area! A pool net is provided out back just in case you need to clear away any falling leaves.
• Fire Pit Details: The outdoor fire pit is optimized for wood-burning use. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own firewood to enjoy an evening under the stars.
• Pet-Friendly Stays: We love pets! Furry family members are welcome subject to our standard Pet Approval & Fee Process. Please let us know if you're bringing a pet when booking.
• No Smoking: To keep the home smelling fresh for everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, a few feet away from the building.
