Osprey L-03 is a beautiful 3 bed/3 bath penthouse located in the Osprey Building at Destin West Beach & Bay Resort. This spacious unit sleeps 8 with a 2 King beds, a Queen bed, and Twin/Twin bunkbeds. This unit has an 1100 sq ft balcony & 400 ft patio with a hot tub on it. Osprey building guests can enjoy their own private pool, if a quieter atmosphere is desired. The oasis of pools & lazy river lagoon offers tubes for floating and playing in the optic lighted river. There is also a large, heated pool with a waterfall, two large Spa Hot tubs & other pools. There is also a large, tiled area to sunbathe with numerous lounges and chairs with tables & umbrellas. There is a complex sound system with the sounds of "beach music" for your enjoyment.

The Osprey Lanai 03 is over 2500 sq ft of living space featuring the following items:
*Master KING Bedroom, a Guest KING Bedroom, a QUEEN Bedroom & a BUNK room and 3 Full size bathrooms.
*Cox Cable HD TV w/ Premium channels & Wireless Internet service!
*Polished travertine marble tiled floors thru out except all of the bedrooms are all carpeted.
*The Master Bedroom has a TV/DVD, a Master bath featuring a jacuzzi spa tub, a walk-in shower, commode room, 12 feet of custom-made cabinets with marble tops, double bowl sinks, dressing table and a 10 x12 ft walk in closet.
*The living room has ample seating featuring two sofas, 3 chairs and large 55' flat screen TV with surround sound stereo through-out the condo.
*The breakfast area has seating for 4 along with a dining room table seating 6.
*The kitchen has custom made cabinets with GE Profile appliances, a tile floor & is fully equipped.
*The laundry room has a large capacity GE washer & dryer. There is also a large pantry for your supplies.
