"We were in the 1st floor. Water leaked, bathroom was dirty and had the smell of vomit. We were asked to maintain the temperature below 70 oF, which makes the room extremely cold and you will feel like the beds are wet.
Even without children, the price was too crazily high for those conditions. With the same price, you can get something better in the downtown of Niceville."

"It’s hard to get the front desk when calling. I think I literally called an AI person and finally got to the actual hotel that I was staying at after several calls. It was annoying because I was arriving late and needed a late arrival time. I finally got ahold of someone, it when I arrived they had no idea I was going to be late - so my room was given to someone else. I got a room- so that was good. We somehow days without water pressure and hot water. Finally on the third day we got both.
